Satisfied by faculty members but not with the management.
Placements: 1. Nearby 40 to 50 percent students were placed.
2. The highest salary is around 7 Lacs p.a, an average salary is around 2.5 Lacs p.a and the lowest is around 1.5 to 1.8 Lacs p. a.
3. Local startups recruit more students than well-known companies. But many big companies like L&T, Shree Ram General Insurance, ExtraMarks etc. were recently recruiting good amount of final year students.
4. Software Developers, Marketing Associates, Sales Executive, Account Managers etc. were top roles offered by the recruiters.
6. All students of my college got internships.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi available, Computer Labs available, Good maintained Classrooms, Hygienic and well clean floors, Library is there so you get every book you want. Canteen is available there were many dishes you can order according to your taste. But the quality of the meal didn't satisfy your concerns. Medical facilities for minor injuries is available in the campus like first aid box, handyplast etc.for minor stitches. Indoor sports accessories were also available but for games like cricket or football, you need to play outside the campus. Hostel facilities aren't available now.
Faculty: Yes, teachers are very helpful, well qualified, knowledgeable as well as good-hearted. There are many upgrades added this session hope this will help us to meet up with the industry demands.
Other: I choose BCA because I am interested in computer programming since my childhood. I want to explore the functioning mechanism of the software and want to know how they are built. I think if the curriculum of my course will be designed according to the industry requirements and demand then it will surely help a lot. Yes, there are many events and fest organised in my university. Scholarships were also available for the rankers in their batch.

I am satisfied with the university.
Placements: Maximum 40% of students from our course got placement. The highest salary offered is Rs. 20,000 per month. The lowest salary offered is Rs. 10,000 per month. The average salary offered is Rs. 12,000 per month. Top companies like Bid Ocean, Sikkim Motors, Wipro, etc., visited our campus for placements. Students in our course are not offered with any salary package.
Infrastructure: The college provides some facilities like Wi-Fi, computer lab, computer centre, library, classroom and smart classrooms. Medical facilities are also available at our university. Hostel facility is available for students. The college also provides bus facility for students.
Faculty: There is a maximum of 13 teachers in our department, but some of them are well educated and knowledgeable. Some of them are visiting faculty members. They all are hardworking, motivating and helpful. They are always there for us whenever we need any help.
Other: I have chosen this course MCA because I wanted to opt for higher education. The best thing about our course is that we can learn more new technical things.

Decent Infrastructure and Campus Life, but Teaching Quality Needs Improvement.
Placements:
As a student of the BCA at ICFAI University, my batch has had a mixed experience in terms of placements and internships. Approximately 60% of the students in our course were successfully placed, reflecting a reasonable but improvable placements record. The average package hovered around INR 5 Lacs per annum, indicating decent, but varied, compensation levels for graduates.
Infrastructure: ICFAI University provides a range of facilities and infrastructure to support the academic and personal growth of its students. For my course/department, the facilities include well-equipped classrooms with modern teaching aids, high-speed Wi-Fi access throughout the campus, and state-of-the-art laboratories that cater to various practical and research needs.
Faculty: At ICFAI University, the teachers are generally helpful and knowledgeable, though many of them may not have extensive industry experience. While some faculty members excel in their teaching methods, providing valuable insights and support to students, the overall teaching quality can be somewhat inconsistent.
Other: As a member of the BCA at ICFAI University, my batch had a diverse group of students with various academic interests and career aspirations. I chose this course because of its comprehensive curriculum, which promised a balance of theoretical knowledge and practical experience.

Review of The ICFAI University, Sikkim.
Placements: Placement is very good. Every student gets a good placement in a well-reputed and renowned company whose curriculum is excellent. The college provides us with an internship for a better future. We have faculty members who are very educated and knowledgeable.
Infrastructure: There were many good facilities in our college but they have to add one more building for boys hostels. They have to add this also for the best and others are good and there were many good things to do on the hostel campus. They have free Wi-Fi.
Faculty: An assessment of the teaching performance of the faculty members should be made. Such activities can include instructing, advising and developing students. Wherever possible, specific evidence of teaching should be cited as evidence of teaching.
Other: There is only one building but it is nice.
