It has a good infrastructure, mixed faculty experience, and good placements for motivated students.
Placements: Almost 99% of students get placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 4.5 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 1.2 LPA. The average salary package offered is 2.5 LPA in our course. The top recruiting companies for our course are Sun Pharmacy, Macleod, Apollo, MedPlus, Cipla, etc. Almost 95% of students got internships in our course in companies like Sun Pharmacy, Macleod, Apollo, MedPlus, and Cipla. The top roles offered in our course are QA, QC, production, MR, retail pharmacist, etc.
Infrastructure: Our college provides good facilities. Our department infrastructure has a fully digital setup. It has every instrument with Wi-Fi, smart classrooms, a departmental library, and a central library. In the hostel, the facilities are good. Food quality is average in the hostel. The canteen serves better food quality. All medical facilities are available. Every sport and game is held here. It has a swimming pool, cafeteria, gym and medical harbour. It has both boys and girls hostels.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are highly experienced, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They ensure a smooth and systematic teaching process, making complex topics easier to understand. Practical sessions are conducted regularly, allowing students to apply theoretical knowledge and gain hands-on experience in their field. The practical exposure helps in building confidence and professional skills. Semester exams are well-structured and not overly difficult, ensuring students can achieve passing marks with regular effort. About 50% is required for students to pass the exams. The examination system encourages learning while maintaining a fair standard. Overall, the college provides a balanced and supportive academic environment. They are friendly.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in medicine and want to save people by giving accurate knowledge of medicine. Practicals in the pharmacy course should be improved. Every event is held with fantastic freshers and fests. The campus is big and amazing. The university provides many scholarships up to 90% off tuition fees.

I’d rate the college average to good because of the opportunities, faculty and campus.
Placements: I had a 3 years Bachelors degree in this college. The college did not provide any placement opportunity but we were provided with one internship experience for a month at Ishwar Shankar which is an NGO that basically deals with homeless mentally challenged people and an exposure visit to CINI, Kolkata.
Infrastructure: The campus is big and full of greenery. There are different sports grounds like basketball, badminton court, cricket and football ground along with a swimming pool. There is a library with AC along with gym facility. The campus hostel is not worth the price, the quality of the food is below average.
Faculty: The faculty members are too supportive and friendly, only the HOD is a bit strict, but when it comes to the teaching part, she provides great knowledge. Moreover, there is one psychologist from who you can seek guidance related to your personal life. The courses are designed in such a way that they help an individual figure out different types and fields of psychology and give a direction for the future career. The level of exams here is moderate.
Other: There are scholarships provided by the college to help the students based on merit and sports quota. The college organizes different types of sports tournaments.

Yes, the college is quite good, and the placements are huge.
Placements: In my course, the total number of students placed is 19. The highest was 15 lakhs, and the lowest I don’t know, but the average goes from 5-6 Lacs. The popular colleges where a teacher is placed are hospitals like Birla and CMRI. The top roles offered in my course are teacher and medical staff.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite good, but the paint is dulling, and the campus is very huge. Our department is nice, the classrooms are digital and huge, and there are many labs for all the department subjects. There is a library with Wi-Fi and also one canteen and two cafeterias. The hostel is also quite well and neatly cleaned, and the quality of food is medium. Food is available in the mess for hostellers and in the canteen for all. Yes, there are medical facilities, and all students get 25k medical insurance. Sports and games events are regularly going on.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers are very educated and knowledgeable. This is the important thing and the best thing I love about this college. The teachers and faculty members are highly educated and give every effort and guidance to the students like their friends. Yes, I will tell you that semester exams are medium to difficult, but not so hard. It depends on our studies, and the fail ratio is low, so you can get an idea from this.
Other: Because I want to study human behavior, the best things in the course are the medical line and criminal psychology. This course is already very good. Yes, there are many fests and events going on every other month. The campus crowd is much, but not that much connected with Kolkata; they are surrounded by fields. Yes, they provide many scholarships, if you have scored 90%+ in class 12 and your family income is less than 2.5 Lacs, then 100% scholarship; if you score 85-90%, then 75%; if you score 80-85%, then 50%; and if you score 60-80%, then 25% scholarship. Extra activities are NCC.

Best agriculture college in West Bengal.
Placements: Don't know about last year's placement. But those students want placement; they got it for sure, and maximum students opted for higher studies, so universities provide extra care and guidance to those students for clearing different exams for higher studies. The average package is nearly 4-5 lacs per annum, and the highest package last year was nearly 12 lacs per annum.
Infrastructure: Particularly in our department, there are a lot of facilities, including a smart interaction board in each and every classroom, a separate lab for each subject, and all are fulfilled with necessary equipment. There is free Wi-Fi in the department for everyone.
Faculty: Faculty are really good and supportive; they help all the time for study and also for other purposes. There are many events and activities. Exams are not too tough if you attend the class regularly and study well. Teachers are always available for helping students with study.
Other: The campus is really good and full of greenery. The maximum area of the university is for the agriculture department, and the university also provides a scholarship based on the marks of students, which is really helpful.

Overall experience is good for food, faculty, and campus.
Placements: From this university, placement chances are very low. A total of 30 students were in our batch. The total package for this course is 2 lakhs 50 thousand (excluding hostel and food). You must need to do Masters and then MPsy for any recruitment. An internship was provided by the college for 1 month to everybody. For any psychologist role, you must do an M.Sc.
Infrastructure: Labs, classrooms, library, gym, swimming pool—everything is available. No, Wi-Fi is not there. Hostels are there for both boys and girls. Rooms are good. But the food in the canteen is not good. You need to buy food from outside of the college. There are food shops available for the students. Sports and games are there. Medical facilities are available as well.
Faculty: Teachers are very kind, friendly, and helpful. But not the HOD. She is a bit strict. Does not cooperate with students. Teachers are highly knowledgeable and qualified. The teaching quality of one sir was very good and of others is average. Workshops and webinars were there for students to increase knowledge. 6 months for each semester were given. If someone reads, exams will not be difficult. Teachers will provide notes. The pass percentage is 40%.
Other: I chose the course because I wanted to study how psychology works for everyone in a different way. How people's minds work in different manners. The way of teaching must be different for students; if it is more practical-based, students will enjoy the course. Fests and events based on psychological programs are there, and farewell for students as well. A scholarship is given by the college.
