B.A. (Hons.) in Economics - Batch of 2025
Offered by Kaliachak College
4.2

Kaliachak College is a good college .
Placements: 50% of students at my college have studied on this course. In this college, the highest package is 50,000, and the lowest package is 10,000. All students can get chances for internships at this college. The economics course is too good; you must try this course at a low budget.
Infrastructure: Kaliachak College has no hostels. Labs are available for practical classes in science and geography. There is a WiFi connection. Classrooms are too good; light fans are in good condition. There is a library, which helps us to much to get books. Our college has a canteen and a big field for sports.
Faculty: Our college teachers are too kind and helpful. They help us in studying. And they teach us very well. Exams semester at our college are not too hard. Some students fail in exams; otherwise, everyone passed with good marks. The course of economics is not to hard.

Very good college and I will always remember it.
Placements: The highest package is 6 Lacs per annum, and the lowest package is 3 Lacs per annum. Many MNCs recruit from our college, including TATA Consultancy Services, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Aditya Birla, Kotak Mahindra, and others. These companies offer very good packages.
Infrastructure: The college provides Wi-Fi, and professors are very helpful, providing extensive knowledge. Seniors are also supportive and assist in clearing doubts. The college has a playground where students can play games such as volleyball, cricket, and badminton. There is also a canteen where fresh food is available.
Faculty: The teaching quality of the professors is highly professional, allowing them to clear doubts quickly. They are friendly and also organize programs for students. The pass percentage at our college is 45%, which is achievable for anyone.

B.Sc. (Hons.) in Zoology - Batch of 2024
Offered by Malda College

Malda college review by 2024.
Placements: This college is for honors students, so there is no placement system in place. It is not an engineering college that would provide placements. From this college, you can earn degrees like B.Sc. and B.A., after which you can opt for higher studies or prepare for different competitive exams.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good and meets the necessary requirements. The college has different classrooms for each department and also has various labs for practical classes. There is a library where students can access their desired books, along with a study room. As a day scholar, I don't have information about the hostel facilities.
Faculty: The teachers for science subjects have a lot of experience, and the course curriculum is relevant but could use some improvement. The teachers are very helpful with students. Class tests are conducted every month, along with one final semester exam. If someone follows the classes, they can easily qualify.

B.Sc. (Hons.) in Computer Science - Batch of 2025

Malda College is a below average college in my opinion.
Placements: So basically, Malda College is a degree college; this college doesn't provide any type of placement or internship programme. If you only go for a degree, then opt for this college; otherwise, don't go for it; this college is only for a degree. Our seniors are also jobless.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is poor and old; some departments are well organized, like CS, Physics and Chemistry; and this college has 4 college hostels, 3 for boys and 1 for girls, but the food provided to the students is very poor. And a very small college canteen is at the college.
Faculty: College teachers are very well educated, but they are very rude and put pressure on students, like making them come to college daily, cutting their marks internally, etc.; semester exams are held from time to time. The exams are very tough; many students get back in every semester.
Other: Some things in this college are good, like every year this college organizes a college fest, a big playground is attached to this college and many sports events are organized every year.

B.A. (Hons.) in Education - Batch of 2023
Offered by Nathaniyal Murmu Memorial College

Nathaniyal murmu memorial college review.
Placements: Students who score at least 50% are eligible for admission into the B.A. (Honours and Pass) course. The B.Sc. Honours course offers the highest package, followed by the B.Sc. Pass, while the lowest package is offered for the B.A. Honours and B.A. Pass courses. Unfortunately, there are no top recruiting companies that visit my college. However, 15% of students from my course have managed to secure internships. Additionally, my college provides various facility roles for students.
Infrastructure: My college offers various amenities, such as Wi-Fi, well-equipped labs, spacious classrooms, a library, and subject-specific personal department rooms. However, there are no hostel facilities provided. The canteen serves high-quality food, and there are excellent sports and games facilities available, making it highly recommended.
Faculty: The teachers at Nathaniyal Murmu Memorial College are highly knowledgeable, qualified, and helpful. The course curriculum is also relevant and prepares students for the industry. The semester exams in this college are quite manageable, with a pass mark of 25% per semester.

The facility is very less, but the teachers try to do well and teach more with fewer resources.
Placements: In my course, there were about 100 students. I gave around Rs 1 Lakh, and an offer came from Tata company. About 6 out of 30 of our students got placed. They gave me an offer too, and at first, I didn't mind and was not willing, but later I became willing, so I accepted it.
Infrastructure: No, our college does not have any facilities in the hostel, and we do not have any facilities like Wi-Fi or Bluetooth there. There is no computer, and no working computer either. We do not have a library, and we do not have any hostels. It should be, but it's not.
Faculty: Let's see how many students are still sitting after completing the course. A small percentage of students have succeeded. Honestly, it was very difficult to succeed in the batches. The course is very tough, and the college lacks infrastructure.
Other: Yes, I first thought that my hardship would be very easy, but after 3-4 semesters, I found it very difficult. As for scholarships, I first got a scholarship for 12 thousand rupees from Swami Vivekananda. Later, I got the SSC scholarship of 5000 rupees. Education needs to be improved.
