College is pretty good; a good amount of companies come for placements and internships.
Placements: My branch is electrical and electronics. People from my branch can get into both core and software; however, getting placed in core is quite hard, so most of the students try for software jobs. Almost all companies allow our branch for placements. 80-90 percent of students from our branch get placed.
Infrastructure: Yes, we have decent labs, but the equipment is a little old. We get Wi-Fi facility 24 hours, which is quite fast. There are 2 libraries: central library and e-library. The central library is open till 5:30, while the e-library is open till midnight. You can go and study there. AC facility is also there.
Faculty: Faculty is average. Anyhow, you study on your own in engineering, so it doesn't matter much. Exams in the electrical branch are quite easy. I don't know why people call it the toughest branch. By studying one night before the exam, you can easily get an 8 CGPA. I think the curriculum is not that related to industrial standards; you need to study extra.
Other: The best thing about electrical is that there is not much theory to memorize. Everything is based on understanding concepts, so I find this branch quite interesting. To improve the course, I guess we need to have more courses that would help in getting us into companies.

Offered by IIFA Lancaster International Campus

Satisfied because of the faculty members and their teaching way.
Placements: 60% of students get placed per year. The highest package will be 8 LPA, and the lowest will be 2 LPA. Almost all the top companies will be recruiting here, for example, Rockstar, Future Works, and Pen Studios. Also, many students will get internships while pursuing a degree in college.
Infrastructure: Overall, the environment of the college will be well-designed, and the infrastructures will be quite excellent for creative thinking. Classrooms will be provided with air conditioning and smart classes for quick learning. The college will be supportive of all extracurricular activities and sports activities.
Faculty: Faculty members will be very helpful in all aspects of teaching. All the faculty members are well-experienced and professional. Also, they teach very politely in an understandable manner. They will cover all the topics, so the exams will be quite easier.
Other: There will be a minimum of 1 event per month, so students will be energetic and effective while studying.

B.Sc. (Psychology, Rehabilitation Science, Sociology) - Batch of 2025
Offered by St. Anne's Degree College for Women

Average satisfaction because of faculty, placement, internships and good infrastructure.
Placements: Placement is not good in the B.Sc. rehabilitation science, psychology, and sociology department; according to my knowledge, there is 0 placement, but other departments like B.Com. and BCA have average placement. Students from abroad join our college too; it's really a good opportunity to explore and learn a lot.
Infrastructure: Honesty, I wish I could give 0 stars. There are CCTV's everywhere, and the library has course books and novels that are very useful. Other than that, nothing is good about this college. I've been to the lab only in the 1st year; after that, they don't take us to the lab, and practical exposure is very poor. There is NO HOSTEL, and the canteen is affordable, and timings have to be followed. The quality of the food is above average. One very good quality of this college is they help students who need help with the midday meal program (school block as well as college block).
Faculty: It depends on the individual lecturers; some are really good and some just take class for the sake of taking class; no proper internship for psychology; for rehabilitation science, an industrial visit; and 2 internships are provided. Semester exams are quite easy; the pass percentage in our department is around 95-97%. If you are a person who totally depends on faculty, then this college isn't for you. Self-study plays an important role in any college.
Other: This course is one of the best courses that has scope abroad as well as in India. This course teaches various aspects of human mind and body; this is a very necessary course for future India. Campus life was amazing; we have many festivals and intercollegiate competitions and sports meets, awareness programs, inclusive education, and lots of volunteer work that is truly enjoyed by students and facilities. The other departments have the best teachers, placements, and internships. As our department is a growing field right now, placement and internship opportunities are a bit less.

B.A. (History, Economics, English) - Batch of 2027

Good college, good faculty, poor facilities and infrastructure, great place to study.
Placements: There is not much to worry about placements. As long as you secure good results in the Pre-University, you are guaranteed a placement in the college. The availability of particular courses is low as the competition is pretty tough and the seats are limited.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is really poor as the college is very old and not well maintained. The toilet facilities are really bad with no water most of the time. Many classrooms have no electricity supply, and some have switches, fans, and lights, but they don’t work.
Faculty: The faculty is really good, and most are very experienced, as most of them have over 10 years of experience and are well-versed in their respective subjects. The classes are pretty engaging and easy to understand as long as you pay attention. The teachers are friendly and guide us well. They are really helpful.
Other: Don’t keep high expectations; it is a pretty good college overall. Not many events take place, but for education, it is pretty good.

B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering - Batch of 2025
Offered by NIT Surathkal - National Institute of Technology

Placement is good. Overall I am satisfied.
Placements: From the mechanical engineering department, more than 50 percent (and often 80 percent) of students get placed every year. Top recruiting PSU companies are GAIL, HPCL, BPCL, BHEL, MRPL, etc. Other dream companies that recruit our graduates include Reliance, Tata, Samsung, and Bajaj. For internships, companies like Caterpillar, JSW Steel, and Rather Energy come to the mechanical engineering department.
Infrastructure: The hostel quality is good, but the mess food is only average. The other facilities, such as sports and medical, are fine. The night canteen food is good. However, the football ground is in such bad condition that the risk of injury is very high. On the other hand, the indoor games are good. These are just my opinions about what I feel.
Faculty: The teachers at this college are qualified and knowledgeable, and most are helpful to some extent. However, as with any group, some teachers are better than others. The course curriculum is well-designed and prepares students for the workplace. Semester exams are challenging, with questions ranging from moderate to hard.

Don't fall for fake marketing.
Placements: The worst placement I have enrolled with is the Business Analytics course, and there are no jobs related to the role. Our placement cell has some policies which force us to give interviews for roles we don't even know about. It's November, and only 2/35 people are placed till today.
Infrastructure: Course structure is undoubtedly up-to-date; it teaches you everything you want to know, but there are a few subjects and classes which are useless and forcefully added to your course. These don't have any connection with your corporate life, which sometimes makes the syllabus lengthy and creates unnecessary pressure on students.
Faculty: Faculty are good; some of them have well-driven knowledge as well as well-experienced corporate experience. You can relate to the faculty and do various extra activities like research papers and others. Faculty members help you with that, but there are a few faculty members who seem to be very rigid, and they seriously don't care about you.
