Good college, good faculty, poor facilities and infrastructure, great place to study.

Faculty: The faculty is really good, and most are very experienced, as most of them have over 10 years of experience and are well-versed in their respective subjects. The classes are pretty engaging and easy to understand as long as you pay attention. The teachers are friendly and guide us well. They are really helpful.

Placement is good. Overall I am satisfied.

Faculty: The teachers at this college are qualified and knowledgeable, and most are helpful to some extent. However, as with any group, some teachers are better than others. The course curriculum is well-designed and prepares students for the workplace. Semester exams are challenging, with questions ranging from moderate to hard.

Average satisfaction because of faculty, placement, internships and good infrastructure.

Faculty: It depends on the individual lecturers; some are really good and some just take class for the sake of taking class; no proper internship for psychology; for rehabilitation science, an industrial visit; and 2 internships are provided. Semester exams are quite easy; the pass percentage in our department is around 95-97%. If you are a person who totally depends on faculty, then this college isn't for you. Self-study plays an important role in any college.

The college is run by government you can easily find various facilities.

Faculty: Exams are conducted as assigned by the University of Mysore, and the college does conduct internal assessments. We have a sports day and two programs every year, and a fun week. Regarding education, some faculty members do excellent teaching, while others are just okay.

Absolutely satisfied with the faculty, and there are good teachers and good placements.

Faculty: The teachers in this college are very well-educated and highly qualified in each role, and their teaching skills are very good for students. The exams in the college will be a little difficult for students, as it is a government board exam each semester, but teachers make us understand and prepare well for the exams.

Okay college, teachers are good, infrastructure is also good.

Faculty: Teachers are good but very strict, which makes us scared to ask doubts. This year, they have improved. Semesters are not difficult, but they are not giving time to complete assignments. I don't know much about this. I don't have anything to say.

Absolutely satisfied because of the faculty and curriculum.

Faculty: The best thing about the college is the curriculum and faculty. The syllabus taught is up to date and is aligned with the industry. The faculty is too understanding and comforts you; also, they provide one-on-one attention to every student. The professors are all Ph.D. holders.

The life of NITK Surathkal.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and qualified. They are qualified from top NITs and IITs and are very much knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant. Yes, the students are made industry-ready. It is very difficult to pass in the semester exams as it is, but it will be very tough.

Great faculty members and placement opportunities.

Faculty: Faculty members are amazing with great experience and teaching quality. Course curriculum is very engaging, which makes students industry-ready where we learn how to handle pressure. There's a trimester system with six-term exams and 6 internals.

I am satisfied with the faculty and placement head of the college.

Faculty: Teaching and non-teaching staff are very friendly with students. We have a well-being authority among the staff who has taught us many things beyond academic education. The board of directors of the college is very friendly and interactive with students.

Philomena was a very wide campus, neat and clean.

Faculty: There are too few facilities in the department. But the ones who are present give us enough good resources for studying. The problem is with the time they provide between unit test papers, meaning they conduct two papers per day and give hardly an hour between two papers.

Faculty: Teachers are the best guides in the college. They behave in a friendly manner. They make students industry-ready. The passing percentage is more than 80% all the time. Semester exams are not very difficult. The campus is mind-blowing. We have the best professors in the college.

One of my best choosen in life.

Faculty: Teachers are all high achieving in their respective fields with PhD from some of the best institutes like IITs. They have good teaching abilities and are approachable in terms of both academic as well as co-curricular activities. The course is relevant in the industry sense. It teaches the necessary skills that a mechanical engineer needs to have to prosper, such as the required software and hardware usage skills. The curriculum even covers humanities and language skills to make the students ind...
