Placements: Placements are good almost every student metallurgy stream got a job. Metallurgical companies like Tata steel, vedanta group, Jindal group, Aditya birla group, came for placements. Companies provide avg 4-5 avg CTC which is a good return of investment as per the college.

Placements: In Birsa Institute of Technology, Sindri, placements are very good. Our college placement professor Dr Ghanshyam Sir always try to offer a huge salary package to all students. I am thankful to all the students as they are helpful to each other. I had a very excited and lovely experience with this college.

Placements: Almost 50-60% of the students are placed in electrical engineering branch this year. If you are from mechanical or electrical, you need not to worry about placement. The highest salary package was 10.2 LPA. The lowest package was 3.3 LPA and the average package was 5 LPA. Many reputed companies visited the campus for placement. Some of them are Tata steel, Vedanta, Samsung, TCS and many more. Almost 35-45% of the students got internship from the college.

Placements: Placements are average in our college. From the computer science branch, most of the students got placed, but the salary packages offered are not satisfactory. The highest salary package offered will be around 10 LPA, bat the average salary package offered is very poor, i.e., around 3 LPA to 3.5 LPA. Not many company visit here for placements. Placements: Placements are average in our college. An average of around 70%-75% placements is provided in electronics and communication engineering department. The average salary package offered is 5 LPA, while the lowest salary package offered is 3.6 LPA and the highest salary package offered is 13 LPA. Companies like Tata, Accenture, TCS, Wipro, Aditya Birla Group, Samsung, etc., visit here for placements.

Placements: About 60-70% of the students are placed, so the placements are fair. We have to work hard. The salary package offered ranges from 3 LPA to 10 LPA approximately. Top recruiting companies of our college are Tata, TCS, Jindal, etc. Students got an internship at Tata and NTPC Kahalgaon, DVC, Sail Bokaro, etc. I am still pursuing the course.

Placements: In the year 2019-2020, there are a total of 30 placements out of 60, and it may raise up to 50 after the lockdown. In the previous batch of 2015-2019, there were more than 50 placements in metallurgy. All the students can apply for an internship in other companies also.

Placements: I am from chemical engineering branch, so I know regarding our branch. Till now, about 30-35% of the students have been placed, and some of them are under process. Placements: Generally, 50-60% of the students are placed, and the rest 40% of the students are preparing for competitive examinations like GATE, CAT, GRE, GMAT, XAT, UPSC, CSE, etc. In the mining engineering department, students get a decent salary package of 6-8 LPA. In the core mining department, companies like Vedanta, Adani, DMT, ACC, etc., visited our college. It is NBA aggregated course.

Placements: The placements are quite average. Last year a total of 318 students were placed with the highest package offered by Honda R&D of 10.12lpa. The average placement was 4.83lpa. Tata steel provides PPO to 5 students. The companies that visit are ABG, Adani, Vedanta, Tata power, JSW, TCS Ninja, ZS etc.

Placements: In the area of placements my college is not so good. Students got placed in several companies on an average 15k per month. The highest package is about 25k. I think placements is an issue in my college, less company came to our college. This should change.

Placements: 1. Almost 40-50% students get placed every year, mostly choosing IT Companies and many looks for off-campus. 2. Data from seniors suggests that off-campus core company is a good choice. 3. Many students are in PSUs like HEC, BARC, TATA Steel and many doing their Ph.D. from IITs and NITs. 4. Highest in-campus package is 4 Lac from an IT Company and off-campus is even higher. 5. Many students got internships in IITs and NITs and many got Training opportunity in PSUs.

Placements: In our college, not all the students get placed. About 30% of students get placed. The highest salary package offered ranges from 7LPA - 8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3.5 LPA.

Placements: There are many student who have till now got placement from our college. The package started from 3.0 LPA to 3.72 LPA. There are now many companies which visit in our college and we students focus to. Get a job on our own hardwork and focus. We often get less opportunity for internship and have to apply at public and private firms either by applying online or by some relationships in the company of a working person. We apply at TATA STEEL, IBM, WIPRO, INFOSYS.

Placements: Almost 25 to 40% of the students from our course who got the best rank are selected in companies. The highest salary package offered is 1.80 LPA to 2.10 LPA, the average salary package offered is 1.50 LPA to 1.60 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 1.20 LPA.
