Placements: I am a student of the 2020 batch, and my course is B.Tech in mining engineering. Considering the verge of industries and mines across the location, I have selected this course as the scope for mining engineering in Dhanbad, Bokaro and Jamshedpur is very good. Especially from ISM and BIT Sindri, mining engineers get good jobs in companies like TCS, Vedanta, Tata Steel and many others.

Placements: More than 90% of the students from our course got placed every year. The highest salary package offered in our course was more than 10 LPA in the previous year, and the average salary package offered ranges between 6-7 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Tata Steel, Vedanta, etc., visit our campus for placements. We also regularly get an internship.

Placements: All are good in this college. The training and placements cell of this college is a section within student support and guidance, which specialises in helping students to develop their skills and get job opportunities. Training and placements cells are formed for the institute.

Placements: It offers 10 courses in B.Tech which constitute the strength of 680 students, out of which 341 students are placed. In chemical out of 91 students, only 25 students get placed, in civil out of 98 students 12.24% of students are placed. In CSE, out of 38 students only 30 students get placed, in electrical out of 99 students only 54 students get placed. In ECE out of 52 students only 37 students get placed, IT out of 40 students 39 students get placed, in mechanical out of 105 students 45 students...

Placements: About 90-95% of students get placed every year. The highest package offered was around 10.5 Lacs per annum. The average package is about 3.5 to 4 Lacs per annum. Tata Groups, Jindal Steel Work Ltd., etc., are some famous companies visiting this college. About 50-60% of students get internships in various companies, and all students must go for an industrial visit.

Placements: Almost 50% of students from our course get placed. The highest salary package offered in our course was 3 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 1.6 LPA. A top recruiting company that visits our college for our course placements is Concentrix. The average salary package offered in our college was 2 LPA. About 80% of students from our course got an internship.

Placements: About half of the students are placed in this college. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 5.9 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Around 90% of students get internships from the courses and in many companies whether it is local or core company.

The top role of our course is structural engineering, and many students get government jobs. Our course is one of the popular courses in this college.

Placements: Placements in our college are very good. The average salary package offered varies from 5 LPA - 6 LPA. Currently, the placements of the civil branch have got down a little bit but in other branches, it is really good. The highest salary package offered was from the metallurgy branch of 10.2 LPATop companies like Tata Steel, Aditya Birla Group, Wipro, Tata Hitachi, etc., visits the college every year.

Placements: Placements scenario are good, a lot of mass recruiters visit along with some proper core and tech companies also. The average salary package offered ranges from 4 LPA - 5 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA, and a big percentage of students get placed on campus.

Placements: In the metallurgy branch, from the past five years, approximately 100% placements were provided, except in the previous year due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. Only 35% of students got placements. Top recruiting companies of our branch are Tata Steel, Vedanta, etc. These are the topmost companies for metallurgical engineering.

Placements: I am from the metallurgical engineering branch. About 90-100% of students from our course get placement from the last 4 years. The highest salary package offered ranges from 12-14 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered ranges from 2.5-3 LPA. Companies like Tata Steel, Vedanta, etc., provide job opportunities and internships for students. The course gave me a better exposure to the research field and higher studies.

Placements: From our branch, i.e., metallurgy, placements are the highest among other branches. Approximately more than 85% of students got placed every year. The highest salary package offered is 10.12 LPA. Mostly students are interned in Tata Steel. Other companies also visit here such as Vedanta, Aditya Birla Group and many more.

Placements: About 70% of students got placed from our course. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA. Top companies which visit here are Tata, L&T, Tata Motors, TCS, Yamaha, etc. Almost 90% of students got internships in different reputed companies due to our college performance and our great professors.

Placements: Placements are good in CSE, ECE, IT. While placements are average mechanical, electrical, metallurgy, mining. However not good enough for civil. Students also prepare for GATE exam. Civil students have to work hard for placements. Meanwhile each and every top branch top 10 students can get good CTC.

About 80%-90% of students get placed, and also they get pre-placements. The average salary package offered is about 5 LPA-6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is about 3 LPA. The highest salary package offered is about 10 LPA. Top companies that visit our college are Tata Steel, Viraj Profiles, Vedanta, TCS, Wipro, Aditya Birla, etc.

The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA in our course, and the lowest salary package offered was around 3 LPA. The average salary package offered was 4 LPA. The top recruiting company of our course is L&T company.

Placements: The placements in Birsa Institute of Technology are very good. The highest package offered is around 13 Lacs per annum, and the average package is 6 Lacs per annum. Various companies visit the campus every year. In 2020, the placement rate of the IT branch is around 90%.
