VELS University Fees 2025

Candidates wan to cancel their admission are eligible for refund of academic fee. The refund will be made as per the norms of UGC. The university doen't refund the admission and registration fee. Request for cancellation of admission and refund of fees may be considered in accordance with the following norms:

• If a candidates applies for cancellation prior to the commencement of classes, then, the
  tuition fee will be refunded. Registration and admission fees are not refundable.
• If a candidates discontinues in the middle of a course, he / she shall be required to pay
  the tuition fee for the remaining period of the programme.
• The management may sympathetically consider the application to discontinue and
  on their discretion may order for the payment of tuition fee for the semester during
  which the student has last attended and permit to issue to TC.

The fee at VELS University consists of several components including caution deposit, tuition fee, exam fee, etc. Students need to pay the course fee during admission to secure their spot at the university. Below is the list of courses offered at VELS University along with their respective fees:

The fees structure for BBA programme at VELS Institute of Science, Technology and Advanced Studies (VISTAS) differs depending on the various specilization. 

Note that total fee is tuition fee + other fee. Other fee is 6000 per sem which includes registration fee, library fee, exam fee and other miscellaneous Fees.

Before Commencement of Program: Application for withdrawal from the program
is to be sent to the Admission Office.
After Commencement of Program: Application for withdrawal from the program
is to be submitted to the Registrar through the respective department. The application will
be processed within 15 days. There shall not be any fee at the time of submitting
application. A candidate who wishes to withdraw from the Institute after enrolling in the program must obtain a 'No Dues' Certificate from their respective school of study at VISTAS in order to retrieve their certificates.This should be accompanied by the application for withdrawal duly signed by the Parent/Guardian and the original fee receipt and provisional admission
letter ( e-mail request will not be considered ).
The certificates will be issued only on production of the 'No-Dues' Certificate in the prescribed
form, obtained from the Admissions Office.
