The college is infrastructure-wise good.

Placements: The placement in the college is decent. In the Department of EVS, the placement is average, and there are internships offered. The placement percentage is 60%, with the highest package offered between 6-8 LPA and the lowest 1.5 LPA, with an average of 2 LPA. The top companies like TCS, INDIAN POSTAL PAYMENT BANK, etc., visit for recruitment.

Best college in West Bengal for music courses.

Placements: In our course, there are no such direct placements available. Our course is not for normal job processes. My aim is not to sit in placements but to study up to Ph.D. courses. But in B.Sc. courses, our college arranges basic internship facilities for students. In other courses, you can get a package up to Rs. 4 LPA. However, that will depend on your skills.

A good university for foreign languages, especially for French.

Placements: Placements: 80% of students get placed. According to me, the lowest package offered is INR 2 - 3 Lacs and the highest is INR 7 - 8 Lacs with an average of INR 4 - 5 Lacs. There are various recruiting companies for French from Viva Bharati like consulting companies.

A hub of knowledge with exceptional educators and a strong bond between teachers and students.

Placements: The Placeme cell operates independently. However, within my batch, currently in January 2024, six of us are actively pursuing our Ph.D. degrees at prestigious foreign universities such as the University of Edinburgh and the University of Glasgow. Additionally, five individuals have successfully cleared the GATE exam for M.Teach and have secured employment. Out of the original 40 students, approximately 32-35 of us are either engaged in Ph.D. programs through NET/GATE or are employed in various s...

Transparent review of my University.

Placements: The placements offered by the Institution is not good at all. No idea about other department but our department didn't organise any major campusing. Even the major subjects of Science like Physics Chemistry didn't have any too. Internships were done by students on their own withour any major assistance from the University's side.

Very good college and campus.

Placements: 80% of the students get placed in the college. According to me, the lowest package offered is INR 2-3 LPA and the highest is INR 6-8 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, Flipkart, etc. 50% of the students opt for internships but only those who are good in studies can get selected for them. Top roles offered in this course are of a translator, interpreter, etc.

Review of Visva Bharati University.

Placements: Direct placements for agriculture graduates are very rare in ICAR-accredited colleges. Less than 10% of students go for placements in different agro-based companies. Tata Rallis was one of the primary recruiters, and the main roles provided for students were as sales agents, field officers, etc.

Visva Bharati University is good for agriculture courses.

Placements: Placements are good. Every year, 4 out of 5 students are placed with a minimum salary of Rs. 20000 per month, and the highest salary offered is Rs. 30000 per month. Placement cells need more improvement. Our head is not so good. He is not guiding us properly, but he is trying to some extent. Internships are not available.

I am highly satisfied to be a student of VBU.

Placements: About 60% of the students got placements in respectable companies. The salary package offered varies from 3 LPA to 8 LPA. Students from our course don't get recruited, so we need to complete our MA for recruitment. Some private companies may hire you if you are good at content writing or proof checking. After pursuing this degree, students can be civil service aspirants, and after completing an MA, you can be a teacher or government employee.

It provides good faculty members.

Placements: I do not have much idea about placements, but it provides better placements. Students here can be seen achieving respectable positions and posts with many recognitions. Since higher educations are available and the professors are almost researchers, so the placements ratio is good here.

I am satisfied with the faculty members.

Placements: After the bachelor, they offer a master's degree then after that M.Phil Ph.D. or B.Ed. In our country, it is difficult to get a job after a bachelor's, but in our department, all the students pursue master's after graduation so there is no question of recruitment. The students pursuing Ph.D. get jobs in this university and they also work abroad.

It is one of the best colleges for science courses. Faculty members are very good.

Placements: There is no such option of getting direct placements after passing at this college. However, you can get placed on your own. Most of the students pursue PhD from different prestigious universities of India or foreign countries. They can join the field of research work or teaching field as a professor in colleges or universities. For further details, you can contact the Visva Bharati admission cell. In every summer internship session, many students get the chance in IISERs, NIUS, BARC, ISRO, etc....

Placements: In our course, students who scored 92-78% of marks for placed. Top recruiting companies of our college are Goonj, Udaan Welfare Foundation, Smile Foundation, Rural Health Care Foundation, etc. If anyone got 50% and above, then they can get an internship, but they should speak English.
