Good faculty members and curriculum, good hostel facilities, above-average placements.

Placements: Placements are decent here, more than 80% of students are placed this year and placements are still going on. The highest CTC offered is 52 LPA and the lowest is around 2.5-3 LPA. The average and median packages were around 7-8 LPA. Top recruiters like TCS, Deloitte, Cognizant, JP Morgan, etc. offered many opportunities. Top roles were Software Engineer, Full-Stack Developer, DevOps, Data Analyst, etc. There are many internship opportunities for bright students.

Infrastructure: 24x7 Wi-Fi is available in hostels as well as academic and other blocks, but the speed is capped at 10 Mbps. The library has the latest magazines and many books. Classes are not air-conditioned, but proper ventilation is there; still, it can be uncomfortable during peak summers. Many types of classes are there, varying in max strength from 75 to 200. There are specific coding labs, aerospace labs, gaming labs, electrical and electronics labs, chemistry labs, mathematics studios, English studios, etc. Hostel facilities are great. Rooms and corridors are cleaned frequently. The bathrooms and restrooms are clean. The food quality is great (better than expected).

Faculty: Since there is a specific system called FFCS (Fully Flexible Credit System) followed here in which one can select their desired faculty members at desired time slots for classes, it is actually better than other colleges as we can customize our own timetable. Most of the faculty members are good and almost all are highly qualified. There is a 75% attendance criterion that needs to be maintained to stay eligible for exams. The curriculum stays updated according to recent trends, which is beneficial for students. Exams are moderate to hard.

Other: Since I have an interest in Computer Science, I took CSE here. Some things that must be improved are that the college must focus more on practical knowledge rather than theoretical. There are many technical and non-technical clubs which frequently host educational and cultural events, which are actually good. Fests are always good here. Since the campus is located 75 km from Bhopal on the outskirts, it is surrounded by greenery. The crowd here is good, and sports events are also there.

College that has to contain 0 expectations before and after joining.

Placements: My course is B. Tech CSE (AIML). There are various other courses offered too, but AIML is the most demanded course in VIT Bhopal University. The placements are decent in AIML because it is the present generation's need and hyped technology. There are many companies offering placements in the campus.

Infrastructure: The faculty does not matter about you even if you fail or pass in any of your exams, but they do care about your thoughts. The only need is for you to be active in class. The hostel is so poor; there is no cleaning frequently. It's so ugly that I will never recommend staying in the campus hostel.

Faculty: There is a common chance to select your faculty based on senior suggestions. However, all the faculty are not the same. Some of the faculty don’t even take the class regularly, but some of the faculty are too good and deserve very good students in the class.

Other: There is a good campus life, and when it comes to extracurricular activities, there are many clubs according to your interests, and there are very interesting activities to do. There will be no scholarship opportunities for the students.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of poor management, faculty, cources, have good placements.

Placements: 50% were placed in 2023 but many seniors claimed they were fired after one year of working the lowest 3LPA AND the highest 57LPA GOOGLE only 200 students from 3.5k get internship from college only the top 200 students get internship from the college others have to get their self .

Infrastructure: The classes are good, clean all have fans there are some labs for cyber, gameing, cloudand Wi-Fi is very poor we are not able to open a site property and in library qe aren't able to due study poor Wi-Fi. Decent food and dirty hostles. Cleanern dosen't come to clean the room for many days.

Faculty: Yes the old teachers are good but they leaving now and new ones coming who don't even know how to teach. No this college gives course according to the teachers available so there's no particular way lf studying Decent difficult 70% pass the exam for course.

Other: This college gives placement training which no other college provides Just improve the course provided from 1st to last should be in a good manner specially coding cources should be in manner that we get to understand it. Events are decent not very good not bad we enjoyed them but the problem is it ends after 7 pm, crowd is decent not so good students. Scholarship provided to only star students which are state toppers they study for free, no extracurricular activities other then industrial visit.

Best college one could get in terms of academics.

Placements: VIT always leads in placement statistics. Vit Bhopal University provides an average package of around 8 LPA. Our batch will get placed in 2028. But according to previous year records, the highest package of college is around 60 LPA and a placement ratio of around 90%. Top recruiting companies of VIT are Microsoft, eBay, Dell, Intel, Amazon, etc.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available for the course are top-notch and well-equipped; they provide fully accessible Wi-Fi. Classrooms are also up to the mark with the best projectors. The library is also always accessible for students all the time. All types of labs are advanced and well-equipped.

Faculty: The faculty hire in VIT Bhopal is 100% doctoral faculty. Teachers here are always helpful; they are well qualified and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching and academics is top-notch. Yes, the course curriculum is very relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. The education or academics are really tough, and therefore the semester exams are also difficult.

Other: I have chosen B. Tech Computer Science and Engineering in VIT Bhopal under fee category 2, as they provide world-class academics to attain fruitful results. They provide the CALtech method of learning. There are many technical events organized in college every week and many nontechnical ones as well. In the sake of extracurricular activities, many clubs are created for students to participate in or to enroll in. An annual fest, Advitya, is organized on a very large scale. VIT BHOPAL has a very large, lush green campus, surrounded by greenery everywhere.

VIT Bhopal is a good college for studies and college life.

Placements: Last year, 14,345 students from our university were placed in our course. The highest salary package offered was 59 LPA. The average salary package offered was 9.23 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was Rs. 40,000 per month. Companies like Google, Microsoft, and other good companies recruit for our course. Many became good engineers.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good in our college. It provides enough space for academic blocks, architecture building, and lab complex. Good place is available for games and there is a garden for sitting during breaks. Library facility is also okay in our college. Hostels are spacious. Food and other facilities are also okay.

Faculty: Our university has the best faculty members, each of them hold Ph.D. degrees. They are well-qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is also okay and understandable. Course curriculum is also relevant and vast enough for great knowledge. They have different clubs and industrial visit.

Other: In my opinion, Computer Science is a good course. It has a lot of choices and industries to explore. Our college organizes good events and fests for extra development.

Good only for academics but campus life is not good.

Placements: 90% of students are placed out of students who were eligible for placement. Microsoft, Google, and other top companies come for the placement. The average package is 7-8 lakh. The top roles offered are for CSE students. Many companies had also come for internships.

Infrastructure: Campus is under construction . Infrastructure is not at all good. You have to walk for 25 minutes from hostel to academic block. The hostels are newly constructed, so hostels are good but highly overpriced. There are only 2 canteens for boys hostel. You cannot purchase anything because it has a very small window and is so crowded.

Faculty: All faculties have doctorates (phD). They are highly knowledgeable and very kind and helpful. You can ask your doubts to your respective teachers. Course curriculum is very well planned. Exams are difficult, and are held every 2.5 months, which is mid-semester and semester-end.

Other: I chose this course because I am passionate about developing and coding. Campus life is not good here. The college is very far from the main city. The campus is under construction. They do not provide any scholarships.

As VIT BHOPAL is one of the best engeneering institution in central India. It has its own eligibilty to get students enrolled.

For B.Tech courses in VIT you have to satify their eligibility criteria which is it is compulsory of obtaining 60 percent aggregate in PCM in class 12 boards .

But with 55% aggregate in 12 class you can apply for VITEEE and get admission in other colleges with that marks as well.
