First to take admission in VIT Bhopal University we have to qualify the exams conducted by VIT which is computer based test and is known as VITEEE.

To apply for VITEEE students have to visit official website of VIT and apply there for VITEEE. Once the exam is conducted and results are declared the students could check there merit list on official website with link check result and could apply for counselling there only. VIT scholarships are available to only those students who have secured a rank under 1,000 in the VITEEE examination. The scholarship ranges from 25-100% of fees depending upon the rank of the student in the qualifying examination. VIT Bhopal has a huge campus spread across 250 acres of land. The university campus has studio classrooms for interactive learning sessions and technically well-equipped labs are available for practical learning of students. The campus also has good and fast Wi-Fi connectivity available. VIT-Bhopal doesn’t have regular classrooms. Instead, they have studio classrooms that don’t have a blackboard and regular seating pattern. Application fees for the MCA programme is INR 1200. VIT Bhopal accepts VITMEE for both MCA and M.Tech program. Eligibility for which is a graduation degree in relevant field such as BCA for MCA and B.Tech for M.Tech from a recognised university.

VIT scholarships are available to only those students who have secured a rank under 1,000 in the VITEEE examination. Students who possess a valid aptitude score or percentile are eligible to get the fee waiver mentioned below.

• CAT/XAT/GMAT Score of 95 percentile and above are eligible for full tuition fee waiver.
• CAT/XAT/GMAT Score of 90 percentile and above are eligible for 50% tuition fee waiver.
• MAT score of 791 to 800 are eligible for full tuition fee waiver.
• MAT score of 760 to 790 are eligible for 50% tuition fee waiver.
• NMAT score of 346 to 360 are eligible for full tuition fee waiver.
• NMAT score of 325 to 345 are eligible for 50% tuition fee waiver.

The total tuition fee for the MCA programme at VIT Bhopal is INR 2.74 lakh. In addition, candidates must pay INR 3,000 as caution money during admission, which will be refunded upon completion of the programme. Please be aware that this tuition fee specifically covers the cost of tuition for the two-year MCA programme and does not account for any extra charges related to food and lodging.
