VIT Vellore Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,

Placements: Around 100% of placements are provided in our college. The highest salary package offered is 1.2 CPA and the lowest salary package is 3.5 LPA. Motorq is the top recruiting company. Around 30% of students get internships in various companies. Software engineer, data analyst, and various other roles are offered.

Placements: In my branch (CSE core), there was an almost 90% placement rate. Most of the roles were software or hardware positions, with some consultant roles as well. Top companies like Google, Goldman Sachs, and Microsoft visit for placement drives. The highest package offered might be 60 LPA, and the lowest might be 5 LPA.

Placements: For BBA, the placements are good according to their fee structure. More than 90 percent of students were placed. The highest package is 4 to 5 LPA, and a maximum of 2 students only get this. Others will get average and low. The average package is 3 LPA and the lowest is 2 LPA. The top recruiters include Google, Microsoft, Adobe, and Amazon. The internship is a compulsory part of the curriculum, so everyone does internships. Majorly, people are hired as software engineers or sites, but some also have management roles.

Placements: So placements for VIT Vellore and Chennai take place together, and about 196 students have got placed (without switch offers, i.e., TCS, Mindtree, Infosys, Cognizant) out of 480 students. The placement percentage is around 60-70%. The average package is 11.5 Lacs for ECE.

Placements: I am currently enrolled in an Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering course, which is based on a subject of my choice. The foundation of this batch was made recently and therefore not many students are enrolled in this course. Placements: Placements at Vellore Institute of Technology are very good. A high package placements are available. Only a few students get high placements with a salary package of 1 CPA - 3 CPA. The average salary package offered at Vellore Institute of Technology, Tamilnadu is around 9 LPA - 10 LPA.

Placements: Placements in VIT are good as compared to other private colleges, as it provides a mean or average package of 9 to 10 Lacs. Last year, in 2023, the highest placement was 1.3 crores, and some of the brightest or cream students get a stipend for internships as well.

If we have skills and good internships, they do not need to worry about placements.

Placements: Almost everyone is getting placed, average package will be like 10 LPA, and the highest package is 1 crore, many tier 1 companies are coming to our college like PhonePe, Amazon, etc., Full-stack web development roles, software development roles, data analytics roles, etc.

Placements: Approximately 70% of students were placed. The highest salary package offered was 2 crores per annum, the average salary package offered was 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. Top recruiters included Amazon, Microsoft, Brain, Commvault, ZS Associates, TCS, Cognizant, Bank of America, and Airtel. About 10% of students secured internships. Roles offered were software engineer and data engineer.

Placements: This year, 2024, the placements are still going on. But the highest package till now has been 88 LPA, while the average has been 9.9 LPA. 7526 of them have been placed, out of which 3411 have got dream offers, while 3362 have got super dream offers. There has been an increase in the average package from 2022-2024. Top recruiters are Microsoft, Amazon, TCS, Adobe, Wipro, Cisco, and many others.

Placements: This course is very rare, and only a few students know about it. Ours is the third batch in our institution, and none of the batches have passed out yet. But from the information we received from the department, the placement opportunities are very low compared to B.Teach students.

Placements: Good companies come to college to hire students with a decent package. College is very supportive in terms of placement and helping students to be hired. College trains students before facing interviews and coding rounds. Moreover, in terms of placement, then college is good.

Placements: Almost all the students get placed, maybe in lower salaries. Almost all companies visit the campus. All MNC visits, TCS is the top recruiter, and internship is compulsory from 2nd year. In the second year, we have to do a paid internship and in the fourth year, we have to do a six-month internship.

Placements: Nearly 80% of students of my batch were placed. Average package offered in recent times is around 6.5–7.5 lakhs. Top recruiting companies for the MTech course are Dell, NetApp, Intel, and Wipro. The most common roles offered are Software Developer and System Engineer.

Placements: I have started my college in the year 2024 and this year total 1500 students have taken ECE. This is inclusive of all the specializations. In ECE (core ) there are about 1000 students. VLSI there are about 300 and the rest in BIOMED. Intel and Nvidia are the top recruiting companies.

Placements: VIT is well Known for the best education so, I joined here. The percentage of placement are offered is 92% of students are placed in top companies in our course . Highest package offered is 15 lakhs per annum and lowest Package offered is 4 to 7 lakhs per annum. Top recruiting companies are ITC, Mahindra, TATA and top other companies hire us. The Internship is provided to all students.
