Placements: I am a current B.Sc. Statistics student at Bidhannagar Government College. In our batch, approximately 76% of students were successfully placed. The highest package offered was around INR 6 lacs per annum, while the lowest was INR 3.7 lacs per annum. The top roles offered were data analyst, statistical consultant, and research analyst.

Placements: The placement scenario is moderate. The average package is 3.8 LPA and the companies that are visited in our college are HDFC, ICICI Prudential, etc. Approximately 40–50% of the students got placed. And some of them secured their internships. Roles offered are research assistants and content creators.
