Xavier University Course Admissions 2026: Eligibility, Courses, Fees & Selection Criteria

XIM University offers merit-based admission to the BA programme. The university conducts multiple rounds of counselling for the course admission process. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria set forth by the university for an BA can participate in the next rounds. Procedures that take place in the process are as follows:

No you can't! The admissions to the MBA programme is entrance based. There is no direct provision for admission. The university admits its candidates through the CAT and MAT exams for MBA admissions.

Candidates seeking admission to XIM University admission to the full-time MBA, MBA in Urban Management and Governance, Master of Business Finance and MBA in Human Resource Management course must have a valid score in either of CAT, XAT or NMAT. The latest CAT cutoff 2024 for XIM University results are announced. Based on XIM University cutoff 2024, the CAT cutoff percentile stood Candidates seeking XIM University admission 2024, must have a CAT score of 91 percentile as a mandate for final selection. The XAT application fee is INR 2,200. The XAT fee is to be paid online at the time of forms submission. The fee is same for candidates belonging to all categories. Unlike other MBA entrance exams, there is no rebate for Reserved category candidates in XAT. If you select XLRI in the application form for admission, you will have to pay INR 200 additionally.

The fee can be paid via debit/credit card, cash card, mobile wallets, or net-banking. It is mandatory to pay the application fee before deadline for successful registration. Candidates can fill the application form and pay the fee later, however they will need to make the fee payment before the registration deadline so that their form is accepted by the examination authority. Until the fee is paid, the XAT application form will remain pending acceptance. Candidates must note that the registration fee is non-refundable. So, they should fill the form without error, otherwise they will have to fill the form again and pay the fee again.

The admission process for the BCom programme at XIM University follows a multi-step procedure. In this procedure, the admissions committee will initially test whether the candidates are qualified for getting eligibility criteria set up by the university for the admission procedure of the BCom programme. The eligibility criteria set up by the university for admission to the BCom programme at XIM University include merit and the personal interview round. Candidates who have cleared are allowed to access the university website for exercise of options for the counselling rounds. The students whose name appears on the merit list are called upon to pay the admission fee so that all confirmation of admission processes takes place accordingly.

The tuition fee for the BTech course at XIM University ranges from INR 7.1 lakh to INR 9 lakh. The university offers BTech courses under various disciplines. The course fees for all the specialisations provided may vary. Three candidates from ST, SC, economically backward/ minority category avails the Xavier University scholarship. They are provided with 30% of the course/tuition fee for the first year. To continue the offer, students must secure a minimum 7.5 CGPA in the subsequent year.
