Once released, candidates willing to apply for Behavioural Sciences (Arts, Humanities and Commerce) courses offered at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham will be required to fill the application form in online mode. Along with the application form, AEEB 2024 examination schedule will also be released. However, in the previous academic session, AEEB exam was held on April 28, 29 and 30. The exam was held in 3 slots which was scheduled for each exam day- 9.30 am to 11.30 am, 12.30 pm to 2.30 pm and 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm. Slot booking was opened well in advance before the date of examination. Candidates who will register for Computer Based Test will be required to select “DATE AND TIME SLOT” of their choice, by visiting the University website prior to the last date.

AEEB 2024 Application Process
Application submission is online and shall be submitted via the website: www.amrita.edu/admissions. The candidates are advised to have their own personal and valid email ID and mobile No. They are advised to retain the registered mobile number and email-id they have submitted in the application form till all the admission procedures are completed as all important updates will be informed to the candidates through SMS / e-mail or both.Candidates willing to appear for AEEB can follow the below-mentioned application process:
Step 1: Register with your Email
Candidates are required to register with their email id on the official website of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. They have to click on 'New Candidate' and then fill the required details like name, mobile number, email id etc.
Step 2: Fill in the Application form
Candidates willing to appear for AEEB must make sure that they fill in the application form before the deadline. Forms received after the last date of receiving of applications will be rejected by the authorities. Candidates will have to provide their personal details and upload passport size photograph and signature in the given dimensions.
Step 3: Pay the application fee
Candidates need to pay the application for completing the form filling process. The application fee of INR 750 needs to be paid in online mode only either by credit / debit card or net banking. In case the examination fee is paid through credit / debit card, the candidates may have to pay an additional processing charges of the concerned bank. Please note that fee submitted through any other mode like money order, demand draft, IPO etc. is not accepted for online applications.
Note: Application fee once paid will not be refunded (full or partial) under any circumstances.
Step 4: Provide the academic details
Thereafter candidates will be required to provide their academic details such as percentage of class 10, 12 and graduation (in case of applying for PG). Candidates will also have to upload their documents such as academic certificates etc.
Step 5: Submit the form
Candidates have to preview the registered details and submit the application form. After that they will get an acknowledgment of completion of registration process by mail.
Note: The candidates are advised not to send hard copy of the online application to the University. However, the candidates are advised to retain the hard copy of the application, i.e., acknowledgement page for future reference or correspondence, if any.
Step 6: Get the AEEB admit card
Candidates will have to download their admit card from the official website of the entrance exam. Make note that the hall tickets will be released online only and it is a mandatory document that one must produce at the time of examination. Failing to do so will result in the cancellation of candidature. Admit cards will not be sent by post or by email. The Admit Card will contain details like the Name and Registration Number of the candidate, Date of Exam, Address of the Exam Centre allotted etc.

AEEB 2024 Admission Process
Admission to UG Programmes offered at Amrita School of Behavioural Sciences (Arts, Humanities & Commerce) – Amritapuri, Kochi and Mysuru campuses for the Academic Year (AY) 2024-2024 is through and based on the rank scored in: (i) Amrita Entrance Examination – Behavioural Sciences (AEEB) 2024 (OR) (ii) Marks in the qualifying examination (+2) for programmes in Kochi and Mysuru campuses and 5 Year Integrated BSW-MSW offered at Amritapuri campus.
Step 1: Appear for Computer Based Test
AEEB 2024 exam is yet to be conducted. In the previous acadxemic session, there were 3 slots for each exam day- 9.30 am to 11.30 am, 12.30 pm to 2.30 pm and 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm. Slot booking will be opened well in advance before the date of examination. Candidates who will register for Computer Based Test shall select “DATE AND TIME SLOT” of their choice, by visiting the University website prior to the last date. The exam will consist of 80 questions and the duration of exam is 120 minutes (2 hours). All the questions are of Multiple-Choice type and will have four options as possible answers. Candidates can choose the most appropriate answer for each question in the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. Answers marked can be changed later, before the final submission of all the answers.
Step 2: Check AEEB result
Candidates will be able to access their result by entering the login details on the admission portal. Selected candidates will be given a deadline to submit their fees and completing the admission formalities.

Note: Programmes offered at Kochi and Mysuru campuses and 5 Year Integrated BSW-MSW offered at Amritapuri campus will have additional option to secure admission based on the marks scored in +2. In such Cases, allocation of seat will be:

Qualifying Examination (+2) Marks: 30% of the seat allotmen
Step 3: Pay the Course fee
Successful candidates will be given some time to secure their admission by depositing the prescribed fees online alongwith the necessary documents.
Test Centres: Candidates will have to choose the city listed in the online application to write the examination. A candidate appearing for CBT should submit three preferences. Once the AEEB admit cards have been released, candidates can check the details mentioned in the hall ticket such as Name and Registration Number of the candidate, Date of Exam, Address of the Exam Centre allotted etc. In case of any discrepancy, candidates should open a ticket in the online query management system for a faster resolution. Admit Card is an important document that must be kept safe till the completion of admission procedure.
Note: Request from a candidate for change of city allotted to him/her will NOT be entertained under any circumstances for CBT. Candidate will not be permitted to appear for the CBT entrance examination without a valid Admit Card. In the examination hall, candidate should produce his/her Admit Card when demanded by the invigilator.
