CSEET January 2025: ICSI released the CSEET Jan 2025 admit card at icsi.edu. Registered candidates can download the admit card online by entering the CSEET login details: application number and date of birth. CSEET Jan 2025 mock test will be held on January 08 and January 09, 2025. The upcoming CSEET 2025 examination is scheduled to be held on January 11, 2025.

CSEET May 2025: ICSI has commenced CSEET registration 2025 for the May session. Candidates can now apply for the CSEET May 2025 until April 15, 2025. Applicants must ensure that they fulfil the prescribed eligibility criteria before filling out the CSEET application form. ICSI has announced CSEET 2025 exam date for May session. Q:   What is CSEET pass percentage?

CS Executive Entrance Test CSEET pass percentage refers the percentage of students who have cleared the CSEET exam for the particular session. ICSI releases the CSEET pass percentage for each session soon after the declaration of results. Earlier authorities released the CSEET July 2024 pass percentage soon after the declaration of results. The pass percentage for CSEET 2024 July session is 66.11%.

What is CSEET?

CS Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) is the qualifying entrance test for registration to the CS Executive programme. Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) conducts CSEET for students seeking admission to Company Secretaryship Course. CSEET exam test the aptitude for the Company Secretary profession. Q:   How many times can I give CSEET exam in a year?

CS Executive Entrance Test CSEET is conducted four times in a year- January, May, July, and November. There is no limitation in appearing for the CSEET exam in a year. However, candidates must note that they will have to register separately for the session they wish to appear for. Therefore, students can appear for the four sessions in a year subject to registration and payment for the CSEET application fee for each attempt. The upcoming CSEET 2025 exam is scheduled to be held on January 11, 2025 for which registrations are ongoing. Yes, in order to participate in the Company Secretary (CS) Executive Program, all students—graduates included—must pass the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Exam (CSEET). There are certain exceptions, though. Graduates and postgraduates in particular fields, such management, law, and commerce, are not required to take the CSEET exam and can enroll immediately in the executive program.

Q:   What is the difference between CSEET old and new syllabus?

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India introduced the revised syllabus for CSEET under 2022. Here are the key difference between the old and new syllabus of CSEET: 1. Subjects: The number of subjects has been increased in CSEET. The new subject included in CSEET syllabus is Quantitative Aptitude in part 4. 2. Q:   I wear spectacles but in CSEET admit card, the attached photo is without spectacles. Will there be a problem in taking the exam?

A:

In online proctored mode of CSEET exam, the facial mismatch is done by the system automatically. The live photo will be captured at the commencement of the test with and without spectacles. System will keep both the images for record. During CSEET examination, candidate will undergo two level of identity verification process. In the first stage facial photo will be captured. During the test, the AI tool will constantly monitor the candidate's pictures initially for any mismatch. Incase of any mismatch, notification to candidate and live proctor will be instantly displayed. In the second stage of verification candidates will have to display the CSEET admit card and ID proof.

Q:   What is the CSEET mode of examination? Will it be conducted from test centre?

CS Executive Entrance Test will be Computer Based Test (Remote Proctored). In this mode of examination the exam will be conducted through remote proctored instead of conducting it through the CSEET test centres. Candidates will be allowed to appear for the CSEET 2025 exam through their own laptops/desktops from home any other isolated and convenient place. Candidates must note that they will not be allowed to appear for the CSEET exam through Tablets, Mobile Phones or any other similar electronic item. The question paper is divided across four sections viz, Business Communication, Current Affairs Economics and Business Environment and Legal Aptitude and Logical Reasoning. The total number of questions included in this section is 35 3. Economics and Business Environment. This section is divided into two parts. Each part is of 25 marks. Q:   Is there any sectional time limit for CSEET exam?

According to the CSEET exam pattern, the question paper will be divided across four sections. The question paper will consist of total 140 questions. The total duration of the CSEET exam to attempt 140 questions is two hours. Candidates can attempt any section as per their preference, however, candidates must ensure to divide their time for each section wisely to complete all the section. There will be no sectional time limit to attempt the CSEET sections. However, candidates must note that timer and chalk the strategy to attempt the questions accordingly. Candidates will noit be given extra time to attempt the CSEET exam. The exam will close automatically when the duration ends.

No, you cannot take CSEET mock test anytime, but is scheduled for specific dates before the actual exam to help candidates prepare students for the proctored exam format. ICSI conducts the CSEET mock test. This year Mock Test was held on May 01 and May 02, 2024.

Appearing for the Mock Test is mandatory.

Q:   Is there a time limit for CSEET mock tests?

Yes, CSEET mock tests have a time limit as the actual exam. Mock tests are a simulation of the actual exam. As soon as the student proceeds to take the CSEET mock test, the timer will start on the top right side of the screen. The interface in the CSEET mock test will be similar to the actual exam. Therefore, candidates are advised to check the computability of the hardware and analyse their performance before the actual exam day. Candidates will be required to answer 140 questions within a time duration of two hours or 120 minutes. Timer for 120 minutes will start as soon as the candidate clicks the 'Start CSEET Mock Test' button.

CS Executive Entrance Test CSEET pass percentage refers the percentage of students who have cleared the CSEET exam for the particular session. ICSI releases the CSEET pass percentage for each session soon after the declaration of results. Earlier authorities released the CSEET July 2024 pass percentage soon after the declaration of results. The pass percentage for CSEET 2024 July session is 66.11%.

Q:   When can I apply for CS Executive Programme examination?

A:

Candidates who have qualified the CSEET exam will be able to apply for the CS Executive exam. CSEET November 2024 results will be announced soon. Candidates who are declared 'pass' will be able to register for the CS Executive June 2025 exam (both modules) till November 30, 2024. Candidates registering after November 30, 2024 will be able to apply for single module only. The last date to apply for CS Executive June 2025 session (single module) will be notified.

Until the candidate is not logged in for the CSEET exam, he/she can use phone/mobile to contact the ICSI helpdesk for resolving technical queries and assistance with login for the CSEET exam. Once the candidate is logged in and the test process has commenced then candidates cannot use their phones/mobiles. During the CSEET exam process, candidates should use only the chat box or built-in mic of the system to contact the live proctor for any assistance. The candidate can also wave his/her hand before the web camera. The use of mobile phones and any other electronic gadgets during the test is strictly prohibited. Live proctors will watch the CSEET exam online. The process will be carried out in following ways: 1. Proctors will be able to chat with the exam taker in an active chat session. 2. Proctors can also communicate with the test takers through a microphone or camera. 3. During the exam, the activities of the candidate and screen will be captured frequently. 4. Each session is finished either by the test taker, automatically after the end of the allotted time, or by the proctor. All audio, video, text messages and recorded events are saved in the system and are attached to the session protocol. 5. At the end of the exam, the proctor will leave a remark (positive or negative) about the candidate. If there are no violations during the exam, then the proctor will mark the candidate positive.

No you can't apply CSEET, if not passed 12th. The eligibility criteria of CSEET-2024 is given below.

Education qualification: Should have passed or appearing in 12th.

Age: Minimum 17 years. No upper age limit.
