ICAI CA January/February 2021 Exam Date Announced

CA exams for January/February cycle to begin from January 21. Complete exam schedule will be released later.

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the exam commencement date for January-February 2021. According to the official notification released on November 19, the CA exams will begin from January 21. The complete exam schedule will be released later.

“In continuation of announcement dated November 7, 2020, it is informed that January/February examination will commence from January 21 in all cities where exam are currently scheduled for November 2020 examination and admit card will be intimated soon after the last date of “opt-out” scheme,” said Additional Secretary – Exam, S.K Garg in the official notification.

Meanwhile, CA Foundation, Intermediate and Final examination are scheduled from November 21 to December 14. A total of 4,71,619 students will be appearing for the CA exams across 1,085 exam centres.

Recently, the ICAI changed about 30 test centres of November/December 2020 exams citing unavoidable circumstances. The move came after a lot of students shared their concern on social media about exam centres allotted to them. While some rued the fact that their CA exam centre fell in containment zone or other state, others shared that they have been allotted exam centre in an under-repair building or an empty workshop.
