Andhra University was established in 1926. The University offers 313 courses in various streams such as Arts, Commerce, Management, Science & Technology, Engineering, Law, Pharmacy and Education. The University has four campuses and five constituent colleges. Among the five constituent colleges, College of Arts and Commerce is the biggest with 26 departments and 42 courses. With 21 departments and 63 courses, College of Science and Technology is considered as the second largest. The faculty members of Andhra University are well-known for their contribution to the research field. The University has over 350 professors, 190 associate professors and 110 assistant professors.

The University follows semester examination scheme for all its courses and conducts exams twice a year. Apart from semester exams, the University also conducts mid-semester exams. These exams are also held twice a year i.e. in the month of July/August and September, and January and February. Andhra University starts its UG academic session every year in June.

Andhra University has declared the results of various courses (odd semester). Here are some simple steps to check your result:

Andhra University Revaluation Process 2020

Candidates unsatisfied with their results can apply for the revaluation process.

  • Candidates can only apply for the revaluation of marks scored by them in the theory exam
  • Revaluation is carried out for a specific set of courses
  • Students need to register themselves online to apply for revaluation (https://aucoe.info/pgprexams/reval/revaluation.php)

The cutoff marks depends on the students candidate category and the student should pass 12 grade with the 50 percentage at least to the general kota.for other special category they need 45 percent for the eligibility criteria.

The last date for apply for admission application at the Andhra University was in the first week of October and now the admissioms are closed for this session. Now admissions will begin next year from May 2025 onwards.
