D J Academy for Managerial Excellence signed MoU with National Institute of Personnel

Dr. Y E Sridhar, Chairman of NIPM, Coimbatore Chapter and Dr. A G V Narayanan, Director, D J Academy for Managerial Excellence signed the MoU in the presence of Office-bearers of NIPM.

NIPM- Coimbatore Chapter is a part of NIPM National Body having its head office at Calcutta, a non-profit making professional body registered under the Society's Registration Act. The Association consists of the most extensive growing network of individuals knowledgeable in all areas related to Industrial Relations, Labour Management and Human Resource Development.

This MoU was signed on 13th August 2019 and will provide opportunities for D J Academy for Managerial Academy students to get NIPM membership, mentors, industry networks, and learning resources to build long and successful careers. Both institutions have a keen mutual interest in positively contributing to the sustained growth and development of a vibrant, efficient and Human Resource Management Sector in Coimbatore.

To this end, both parties have agreed to establish mechanisms to facilitate collaboration and the development of a long term partnership in pursuit of the following objectives.

• Development of the human resource practice among the students.
• Collaborative research into Human Resource Management and leadership practices.
• Support for the development of students for careers in Human Resource Management by way of Internships, Panel discussions with CHROs, and Industrial Visits.
• Development and enhancement of the Curriculum and Course Delivery in Human Resource Management programmes and courses by sourcing Adjunct Faculty for upcoming areas in HR.
• Creation of a Students Chapter of NIPM for the conduct of HRM related Programmes and courses.
