The leadership development programme will witness several deputy managers, senior managers, and regional managers from across the country as the participants.
The Indian Institute of Management-Visakhapatnam (IIM-V) launched a leadership development programme for key managerial personnel of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) on February 5, 2020.
According to the official reports, the programme will be of three days followed by assignments allotted online and multiple projects. Talking about the leadership development programme, IIM- Director Professor M Chandrasekhar stated that the programme has been launched for the key personnel belonging to managerial posts of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL). He further added that the three-day programme will be followed by multiple projects and online assignments allotted to the participants via online mode. The classes for the programme will be conducted in the morning and the afternoons will be completely dedicated to completing the live projects. The assistance will be extended by IIM-V to next week even after the completion of the programme for completion of assignments and projects. The institute will conduct the second round of the training pragramme for IOCL personnel in March. The leadership development programme will witness several deputy managers, senior managers, and regional managers from across the country as the participants.
The director also stated that two management training programmes for the faculty of government and government-aided engineering college will also be conducted by The Indian Institute of Management-Visakhapatnam. The institute has already conducted three such events.
