Punjab School Meritorious Admission 2021: State to conduct entrance exam for Class 9 to 12 students on Oct 3

Punjab School Meritorious Admission 2021: The state government of Punjab and the School Education Department is all set to conduct a state-level entrance exam to screen meritorious students from Class 9 to 12. The entrance exam is being conducted to enroll students in meritorious schools of the state. In total, the state government runs ten meritorious schools at Talwara, Amritsar, Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Patiala, Sangrur, Bathinda, Ferozepur, Mohali and Gurdaspur. These schools were established with the aim of providing free education to poor and meritorious students of the state.

Students qualifying for the entrance exam will be eligible to take admission to these schools. According to the reports, the entrance exam is scheduled to be held on October 3, 2021. Students interested in Punjab School Meritorious Admission 2021 can log onto the official website at ssapunjab.org.

Confirming the reports on Punjab School Meritorious Admission 2021 Entrance exam for Class 9 to 12 students, the Punjab government via their official Twitter account said, “The Punjab Government has announced to conduct the entrance examination for the 9th to 12th classes of meritorious schools on October 3, from 2.30 PM TO 4.30 PM. Roll Numbers of students and the list of examination centers will be uploaded on the website http://ssapunjab.org.” Check out the official tweet below:

Following the tweet, students can now visit the official website and click on the link 'Meritorious Admission 2020-21' and register themselves for the respective class. In order to proceed further, students will be required to register first and then enter their registration number and password.
