The Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, more commonly abbreviated as BHMCT, is an all-encompassing programme that prepares students for careers in the hospitality and food service industries by providing them with theoretical and hands-on training in a variety of hospitality-related fields. The curriculum is broken up into eight different semesters, and topics like food preparation, beverage service, understanding of housekeeping procedures, and catering sciences, are covered over those semesters.

Distance BHMCT Syllabus

Students who are unable to attend classes on campus full-time but are interested in taking undergraduate or graduate level courses in hotel management may do so via the online or distance learning format.
