Some good and some bad about college.
Placements: Around 40-50% of students get placed every year in our course. The highest salary package offered is 46 LPA. Students can easily get internships from companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, etc. These companies also come at the time of placements including big companies like Amazon.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college and campus is quite decent. Talking about hostels, they are good including Wi-Fi and laundry. Wi-Fi doesn't work sometimes. The availability of academic books in the library is very low. They should increase the number of books in the library.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are very good. They are very helpful in the classroom as well as outside the classroom. This course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. In our college, there are 3 exams held per semester. There are 2 mid-semester exams. The 3rd one is the PTU exam conducted by PTU Punjab Technical University.

One of the best colleges for placements and to gain knowledge, all within budget.
Placements: Hi, I am from the 1st year. Recently, my college organized Placement Day and I asked many of my seniors if they were placed or not. Surprisingly, 98% of students are happy and say that they got placed with a good salary. The minimum package starts from 6 lacs and the maximum is unstoppable. So, I can say that for placements, this college is awesome.
Infrastructure: First of all, I want to say that the facilities given by the college for hostel students were awesome. They kept many events for every festival, or if it is not a festival, there is also an event so we don’t miss home. The food is very tasty. I love my college mess food.
Faculty: I want to say that the teachers are all very friendly. They care for all of the students. If they are not studying, they tell the students to learn or they also take extra classes in free periods. They tell us how we should learn. The older teachers are very qualified. Many of the teachers are qualified with an M.Tech as well.
Other: This course is very awesome and I love coding. I want to become an engineer, so I took this course. Every festival app is there. This is superb, and events like Parivartan and the Freshers' party are organized by the college.

Review of Chandigarh Group of College, Landran .
Placements: Due to the recession, the placements are highly effective, and the major fact is that first preference is given to the students of CU, then it comes to us. The college trains for placements specifically with its TPP program, where they train you for every interview round specifically and put full efforts into the placements.
Infrastructure: 4-5 hostels for boys and 2 hostels for girls, and every hostel ranges at different prices ranging to the number of people in one room. We've got a got a common bathroom, and every hostel has its own gym and has access to laundry twice a week, but you've got to adjust to the mess food.
Faculty: 40% pass percentage and very hard marking teachers really focus on the quality of the answers and the content provided in the answers. Even a small error is counted and can eat your marks; midterms happen twice with half the syllabus, and they matter for internals.
Other: The biggest festival, naming Parivartan, goes for 2 days, and various small festivals keep on happening.

Life at Chandigarh Group of Colleges.
Placements: We are a batch of around four hundred eight students, and till now, half of the students are placed, and the process is still going on. Companies are visiting on a daily basis, and some big companies like Deloitte, KPMG, Mahindra Finance, and Federal Bank also visit.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure here at CGC is very good and well-equipped with the required things. You can see clean parks and well-maintained sitting places, along with many places to chill and enjoy, like cafeterias, canteens, and other food outlets at different places.
Faculty: The faculty members are well-educated and qualified. They are always here to help you and assist you with any topics. The course curriculum is relevant and as per the syllabus provided by PTU. Also, there are mid-sem tests every semester, and the level of exams is from moderate to hard.
Other: The campus is very good and full of cultural events and activities, along with value for money.
