CBSE 12th Result 2020: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has DECLARED the CBSE 12th Results 2020 today i.e. July 13, 2020 at 12.35 pm. The Board announced the CBSE 12th Board Exam Results 2020 on its official website. However, Class 12 results of 400 students could not be computed as per decided assessment scheme; and will be announced later. CBSE has earlier announced that it will not be holding the remaining CBSE Board exams and will be releasing the CBSE 10th Results 2020 and CBSE 12th Results 2020 based on internal assessment and the exams the students already appeared for. The decision to cancel the pending CBSE 10th Board Exams and CBSE 12th Board Exams took place considering the rising COVID-19 positive cases in the country.
The Board is likely to announce the CBSE 10th Board Results 2020 by Wednesday i.e. July 15, 2020.
CBSE's revised assessment scheme took account of marks scored by a student in other subjects and award average marks in the cancelled papers. CBSE will conduct optional improvement exams for the cancelled papers when the situation is conducive. Students who sit for the improvement exam, their result will be revised and the marks awarded in a subject in the improvement exam will be treated as final.
CBSE 12th Result 2020: Key Statistics
- Trivandrum region has recorded the highest percentage with 97.67 % followed by Bengaluru with 97.05% and Chennai with 96.17%.
- This year, 1.57 lakh students have scored over 90% and 38,686 have scored over 95%.
- 87,651 students have been placed in compartment compared to 99,207 last year.

CBSE 12th Results 2020: How to Check CBSE Result 2020 online
- Go to the official website: cbseresults.nic.in or cbse.nic.in 2020 result.
- Click on ‘Senior Secondary Result (Class XII) 2020 link.
- Enter the roll number, school number, centre number and admit card number as defined on your CBSE 12th Admit Card.
- Click on the ‘Submit’ button.
- The online cbse.nic.in result 2020 will be shown on your screen.
- Save CBSE exam result 2020 by taking a screenshot of the same.
- Do take a print out for future reference

CBSE 12th Results 2020 from DigiLocker: How to Download
- Login to the DigiLocker App using Username and Password
- Go to the ‘Profile’ page and Sync Aadhar Number. You do not need to sync if the DigiLocker Account is already created using the Aadhar Number
- Now go to the ‘Pull Partner Documents’ button in the left sidebar
- You will be redirected to a new screen, which will have two dropdowns:
- Through the first dropdown, select ‘Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi’
- Through the second drop-down, choose Marksheet i.e. HSC Marksheet/ Migration or Passing etc.
- In the next screen enter the required details such as Year of Passing and Roll Number as mentioned on CBSE 12th Admit Card 2020
- After clicking on ‘Get Document’ CBSE 12thDigital Marksheet/ Certificate will be downloaded.
- Click on Save to Locker’s button to save these documents in DigiLocker account.
