CBSE begins sending official SMS to students advising students to download the DigiLocker app on their phones in order to access their CBSE 10th 12th mark sheet as soon as the CBSE results 2020 are declared.
CBSE Results 2020 @cbse.nic.in soon! The Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE is prepping up to release CBSE Results 2020. Rolling out of SMS by CBSE to the registered mobile numbers of the students is now started. It appears that the Board will release CBSE 10th Results 2020 and CBSE 12th Results 2020 any time soon. The message sent to both class 10 and 12 students is advising students to download the DigiLocker app on their phones in order to access their CBSE 10th 12th mark sheet as soon as the CBSE Results 2020 are declared. CBSE 10th Results 2020 and CBSE 12th Result 2020 is expected to be released by July 15.

The SMS (screenshot attached) consists of a direct link to download the DigiLocker. In case students do not wish to download the DigiLocker on their phones, they can also access the same online on digilocker.gov.in. The SMS also informs students to use their Roll Number as mentioned on their CBSE 10th Admit Card 2020/CBSE 12th Admit Card 2020 as a security pin.
How to get CBSE 10th 12th Mark Sheet 2020 digital mark sheet from DigiLocker?
Students who appeared for the CBSE 10th Board Exams 2020/ CBSE 12th Board Exams 2020 can download their digital marksheet from DigiLocker following the steps mentioned below, once CBSE Results 2020 is announced.
- Visit the official site of DigiLocker-digilocker.gov.in or download the app on your smartphones. (Please note, the app is not mandatory. Students may also download their CBSE mark sheet from the online portal digilocker.gov.in).
- Use the mobile number registered with the CBSE Board to login.
- An OTP would be sent to you – use that to login to your DigiLocker account.
- Please note- You must use the mobile number that you gave at the time of filling the CBSE application form. Students may even access their DigiLocker account by registering through their Aadhar Card number – which was provided.
- After entering the OTP, the system would prompt the students for a security pin. Use the last six digits of CBSE Roll number as mentioned on CBSE 10th Admit Card 2020/CBSE 12th Admit Card 2020 as the security pin.
- Once logged in, students can check and download their CBSE Digital Mark Sheet from a list of documents on the dashboard itself.

Alternatively, students who are not registered before can register on DigiLocker using their adhaar card number and following the instructions. CBSE Class 10 and 12 mark sheet would be available on DigiLocker soon after the CBSE Result 2020 are announced by the board. Students who appeared for CBSE 10th Board Exams 2020 and CBSE 12th Board Exams 2020 must note that this marksheet would be acceptable for admissions to class 11 and higher education institutions respectively.
Students of CBSE Class 10 may please note that CBSE would be issuing a combined mark sheet cum passing certificate this year. However, separate documents of mark sheet and a passing certificate would be issued to CBSE Class 12 students.
