IIM B tops Eduniversal Rankings 2020 as the Best B-School

The Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM-A) and Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM-C) are also among the other B-Schools awarded in the Eduniversal Rankings 2020

Eduniversal Ranking 2020: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore emerged as the best B-School in Central Asia in the Eduniversal Rakings 2020. According to the official reports, the institute managed to hold on to its position as the best among the list of B-schools. The Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM-A) and Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM-C) are also among the other B-Schools awarded in the Eduniversal Rankings 2020. The B-School awards were announced at the annual Eduniversal 3D World Convention 2020.

According to the top B-School, Eduniversal praised its active student exchange programme. IIM-B partnered with various universities across Asia, Europe, North America, Soth America and Australia. Being the first management institute in India to offer Massive Open Online Courses or MOOCs, IIM B is also the coordinating institute for management courses for SWAYAM or Study Webs of Active Learning for Young Aspiring Minds which are delivered through the edX platform.

According to the official statement released by the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, Eduniversal is a ranking and rating agency of global stature specialising in higher education. Commenting on the achievement, IIM B Director Professor Rishikesha T Krishnan said, "the institute is honoured to be awarded among the top three schools in Central Asia voted by peers in the survey. With the COVID-19 pandemic disrupting normalcy in the education sector, IIM B still held on to continuity of learning remarkably well. Even amidst pandemic, said the director, IIM B has endured that learning continues along with managing the processes." Krishnan also added that the award is a recognition of the institute’s vision to be a globally renowned academic hub promoting excellence in innovation, management and entrepreneurship.
