B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering - Batch of 2017
Offered by Adesh Institute of Technology

Not satisfied with the infrastructure, placement, faculty, hostel and Wi-Fi facilities.
Placements: The placement record is not good in the college. Around 20% of the students got placed in core and non-companies. The average salary offered was around 2.5 LPA and 2 LPA for Computer science and Electronics respectively. The highest package was 3LPA and the lowest was around 1.5 LPA. Many companies have visited Adesh campus like Vee Software, Technospecs, Idea, HCL, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is not so good. The classrooms are wide and with a centralised AC in it. The college has a digital library and loaded with a good collection of books. The food is above average in the canteen. The hostel rooms are compact and comfortable. Hostel accommodation is good, that is up to 3 students in one room with attached bathroom. WI-Fi speed in the hostel is not good. When it comes to the sports, AIT has a big ground where outdoor games are played. This college has 2 volleyball courts and 1 basketball court, and cricket and football grounds. The infrastructure of the lab is not well designed.
Faculty: The faculty are good. They are having a good knowledge in all the subjects. The faculty are supportive and helpful to the students, related to the studies or the career they want to pursue. Management of the college is not so good. No industrial visits are organized by the management in which they need to organise at least one industrial visit in each semester.
Other: Every year, in the month of September, this college organizes Gurudwara path for the college and the students to achieve the success. Convocation is conducted for the graduated students and the tech wings.

The best college in North India.
Placements: The placements offered was not good enough. On campus, the placement was not done. But in fact, few were outside the placement option were put available for CSC and EE departments. The core placements were rarely available. But they are improving now on track.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college was good enough in the various respects. Now they are even much better than our time. Now equipped with new and advanced equipment. All the other facilities are available. The hostel is not on campus but outside the campus. Don't have their hostel facilities for girls.
Faculty: They all are cooperative and are the best in the various respects. Intelligent enough and other courses that are in the curricular or extra curriculum are adjoined to the featured. There are recent curriculum activities including discussions and debates. I recommend you.

A bad college. I will not advise anyone to take an admission over there.
Placements: The process of placement of the students was just a formality. No one of us, not even a single student got placed through campus placement. Though the college has separate staff for the placement department, But it is just for show off. During our last year, we have attended 3-4 job fares through the college, but all those job fares were not even worthy of giving us some experience. In short, the whole propaganda is for the sake of formality.
Infrastructure: The condition of infrastructure is same as that of placements. No Wi-Fi, no proper labs, a very small library are available. Forget about any medical facility, and don't even think of sports and games. The quality of labs is too poor. In fact, the labs are just for formality. The quality of the food in the canteen is the worst. The hostel rooms are of average standard. I have faced infrastructure related issues during my college time.
Faculty: Most of the faculty is less experienced, and they are not helpful, not well qualified and not knowledgeable. The student to faculty ratio is good. We haven't got any industry exposure. The questions of students are not answered properly. Even the salary of the faculty is around Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 20,000. You can judge the level of faculty by yourself now.

The college is average in terms of fees and ROI for poor students.
Placements: There are least chances of campus placements. Average package offered is 3 LPA. For selection, you have to clear the degree with at least 60% marks. You must have practical/industrial knowledge to gain good job opportunities.
Infrastructure:
Wi-Fi is not good, no standard classrooms, books are sufficient in the library for PTU syllabus, not for GATE and other competitive exams. There is no medical facility. Some sports events are organized. Hostels are not so good. Canteen is average and labs are not upto the B.Tech standard.
Faculty: Teacher are helpful in only PTU examinations. Teaching lacks practical exposure. Teaching is completely based on theory. 1:30 is the teacher to student ratio. No industry exposure. Course curriculum is based on l. K. Gujral Punjab Technical University. The college is also affiliated to AICTE.
Other:
No events are there. Scholarship is given by the state govt. of Bihar, but not to general category. No extra activity is done.
