The diary of AISSMS COP PUNE.

Placements: 95 percent of students went for higher studies after Bachelors. Placement cell is good as placement cell faculty is renowned and known. The highest package was offered by Abbot in 2024 was 3.8 LPA plus 12500 incentive per month. For the job role of MR, 5 to 6 candidates got that role. The lowest was offered at 2.3 LPA by Sanofi in 2024. Abbot Sanofi and TCS are major recruiters. And there are many local-based offers in Pune itself for various job roles. The internship was done on a personal basi...

Placements: The college provides placement opportunities to the students. The companies are approachable to students during their final year. All the students are eligible to give an interview for placement. Also, the package provided is good for beginning a career in these courses. Quality assurance, control, production, sales, and marketing jobs are there after the course.

Academic excellence and a supportive environment.

Placements: Our college provides placements with many different companies, and they offer great opportunities. For pharmacy, the minimum is 2.5 LPA, and for pharma, it is at least 3 LPA, so the college provides good placements. Overall, I am satisfied with the job placements through the college.

Satisfied because of the crowd, staff, and good facilities.

Placements: There are different companies which come for recruitment, such as Sanofi, Abbott, etc. But have to do independent interview, apart from depending on college. The package varies depending on the role and company but there are opportunities for placements with a decent package.

This is a good college. It has a well-maintained infrastructure and quality education.

Placements: Around 20-30% of students are placed through campus. Companies like Sanofi and Cognizant visit to hire students. All students must work in any pharma industry for at least 15 days. In industry, students have to work at any given position. Some have to work in the company store, production.

There are good placements, and practical skills help students to build their basics.

Placements: About 50%-60% of students were placed in the pharmaceutical industry, which offers a very good salary package for pharma students. Most of the time, Sanofi recruits students from here. Reputed companies offer various internships here. There are various roles in pharma like pharmacist, manufacturing, sales and marketing.

It is a good college to recommend to my colleagues for further courses.

Placements: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, placements were not arranged this year in our college. However, our senior batch got placements in Sanophi Goa. I have taken admission to this college for placement facilities, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they are not conducted for us. I hope our college will improve its placement facilities in upcoming years.
