The college has its uniform and management is not good.

Placements: In our college, around 40% of students are placed. The average salary package offered is about 3 LPA. Students search for jobs off campus to get higher salary packages. My seniors are offered good salary packages ranging from 7 LPA to 9 LPA by off-campus placements. Only service-based companies offer placements.

Review of Aligarh College of Engineering and Technology.

Placements: Placements in this college were not good. For every course, only BPOs come for hiring. There were no core companies visiting here, and very few students participate in the on-campus placements. After 1st year every student comes to know that off-campus placements and internships need to take. The highest salary package offered was 2.4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1 LPA.

The college only focuses on discipline and studies. It's a like a school.

Placements: Placements in our college aren't up to the mark. No core or good companies visit the campus to conduct placement drives. Mainly BPOs and call centres visit the campus. The highest salary package offered until now is 4.5 LPA and the lowest salary package offered might be 1.4 LPA. The college doesn't provide internships. A placement cell is available in the college. They conduct personality development sessions for students.

Dissatisfied with the placements, faculty members, and rules on the campus.

Placements: There are zero placements in this college. They are not interested in placing the students, and they don't have the contact to invite the companies. They have the fake placements records. Some BPOs and the software companies had come at our time, but they pay less, and in my branch, no company visited our campus. Some condition has faced by our seniors, and I think the same will be there with the juniors.

It was a good college in the past but now it is losing its name and fame.

Placements: The placement in Aligarh college of engineering and technology is worst. No good or core companies visit campus for drives. I'm in the final year of my graduation. Till now college didn't manage any campus drive and companies which visit the college are either BPO or call centre companies.

Shame on this college and I pity the faculty who work there.

Placements: For my batch. 2 companies came for campus recruitment drive. Later on, we found out that both the companies were fake and no such entities existed. That was a lie, and a scam done by the college management to portray that they are giving good placements, but in reality, they were cheating on the future of students. Moreover, I got placed in an MNC (TCS) in an off-campus recruitment drive, and the college claimed my placement and took ownership of the same and promoted the news on big hoardings a...

Not so good for those who are looking for research matters, placement is not that good, and all we get is only IT sectors and that too at very low salary package. Infrastructure is not up to the level of other private engineering colleges, all we get is to see while teachers or lab attendants perform their experiments, we were both provided handy with machines, which is major drawback if anyone want practical if any industrial exposure.

The infrastructure is average but the placements are zero.

Placements: No students are placed by the college. No campus placements are there and no companies visit our college.
