Infrastructure: The college has many restrictions. The library is not properly functional. Wi-Fi is available across the whole campus. Labs are well-equipped. Classrooms are designed very well. AIIMS Bilaspur has compulsory hostels for every MBBS student. The hostel fee is only 100 rupees, and it is already included in the 5856/-. There are 2 messes in AIIMS and many food stalls.
