I am absolutely satisfied with my college life at AISSMS.

Placements: Placements are good at AISSMS at least for IT students. The highest salary package offered here is 7 LPA, whereas the lowest salary package offered is around 2 LPA. Top companies like Atlas Copco, Mahindra, Infosys, Accenture and Mercedes-Benz once visited our campus for placements.

Satisfied with the infrastructure and internship opportunities.

Placements: Overall placements in our college are average for all the courses. The average salary package offered ranges from 2.5 LPA - 4 LPA. It varies from one company to another company. For Sandwich courses, you can definitely get internship opportunities through college contacts. This will give you a good platform to showcase your skills and get an advantage over others.

Students should have to work hard to gain everything from our college.

Placements: Nearly 30% of students got placed through on-campus placements, and 20% got placed through off-campus. Infosys, TCS, Godrej, Mahindra and Thermax are some renowned companies that visit our college every year. Most roles offered are graduate apprentice trainee and graduate engineer trainee. The average salary package offered is about 3.5 LPA. Our college provides very few opportunities.

The college has good infrastructure, and there are many opportunities along with studies.

Placements: Percentage of placement is average in our college. If you are talented only then there are chances of placements. The highest salary package offered in this year is 12.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered varies from 3 LPA -3.5 LPA. Students from the third year get internships. From this year, the placements percentage will increase because the college has NAAC accreditation A+.

College teach you to work hard.

Placements: In our batch out of 150 mechanical students 30-35 students are placed from college campus and 10-15 students placed off-campus. Average salary offered about 3 Lacs per annum. No particular company specially visit our college but pool campus opportunities are good. Less internship opportunities provided by college.

Good Infrastructure, Excellent teaching.

Placements: We get many internship, but due to more demand of civil engineering in government sector, there is less placement in private sector. The package for a fresher on average is 3-3.5 Lacs per year. Companies like Larsen and Turbo, Tata Projects provide placement for various sub-sectors in Civil. There are many roles due to diversity of the field, as a fresher Site Engineer is the most common one.

The infrastructure and faculty members of our college are good.

Placements: Placements in our college are good for computer department. Almost 50-60% of students got placed. Most of the times, the same students got placed in different companies, and that is the main issue. The highest salary package offered was 4.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 2.5 PAL. Roles like software developer, BPO, tester were offered to students. There were no internships in our college.

Acceptable course curriculum and quite good placements in 2018-19 for computer science.

Placements: I'm pursuing my engineering in computer science, and I got placed in 3 companies. Campus placements are quite good while the salary packages offered are average. Mostly, the salary packages offered are around 3.5-4.5 LPA. But, this is the case for computer science, IT and E&TC branches eventually. Hardly any company provides campus placements for mechanical, civil and production branches. So far, I could say only 5-6 companies have visited the campus. Whereas more than 20-25 companies have visit...

Satisfied with the faculty members and infrastructure, but a little dissatisfied with placements.

Placements: Placements are good for the computer science branch. But I am from the mechanical branch, and the companies coming for the placements of our branch are comparatively less. Students need to have a good score to get placed. The training and placement cell is working hard for companies to come and recruit students. From the mechanical branch, very few students get placed in core companies. Students have to find internships on their own.

Review of College of Engineering, All India Shri Shivaji Memorial Societys.

Placements: The placement rate of our college is very good compared to other colleges in Pune. There are thousands of students being placed in various multinational companies. Companies like Infosys, Wipro, etc., visit our college every year. Many talented students get placed through campus placements.

Overall, our college is A+, but the only thing to worry about is the hostel.

Placements: Placements in our college are neither bad nor good. Students are not much satisfied with the placements. To my knowledge, the highest salary offered was 30 LPA, and the lowest salary offered may be around 3 LPA. All we need is good placements. Students have to do an internship for a whole year, i.e., six months in the third year and six months in the final year.

AISSMSCOE has a puzzling infrastructure.

Placements: I didn't experience the placements of our college. But according to our seniors, some big companies visited our college and hired a few students as trainees. Companies such as Thermax, Nvidia, TATA, etc., are some of the recruiters of our college. If students have any doubt regarding recruitment, our college officials assist the students.

NAAC accredited the college with A grade.

Placements: Placements in the college are good at all. The highest salary package offered is in between 4-9 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is about 2 LPA. Companies that visited the college for placements are good. Almost 70-80% of the students get placed. The highest salary package offered in 2017 was 18 LPA. Companies offer different kinds of roles to students.

It is an ideal college if you're looking for a college under SPPU.

Placements: There is a good scope for computer and IT branches; it is a bit okay for the mechanical and production branches. Leading IT companies visit the college for placements. Also, job fairs are organised. A bit less opportunity is provided for technical branches like mechanical, civil, etc. Less availability of job placements in the mechanical industry is the core issue.

Our college is good, but there are placement issues.

Placements: Placements in our college are average. Off-campus placements are better than on-campus placements. Our placement cell needs to improve the placements in the college. Our college is located at the centre of Pune, so our college should have good placements. Placements are very low for the students of chemical engineering compared to other branches.

The college is good for everyone, and you need to put efforts.

Placements: The placements in the college are good. Ample opportunities are provided to students. Core profiles are limited for mechanical and civil. Apart from regular recruiters, Army and Navy also visit the campus for placements. TCS, Capgemini, Godrej, L&T, Volkswagen, Thermax, TCE, Neilsoft, Mahindra and Mahindra, etc., visit the campus for placements.

This is a place where I learned more than just a curriculum.

Placements: The placements on the campus weren't that good. A few companies visit the campus for placements, and there were BPO companies for computer graduates. If you get placement opportunities on your own, then they will ask you to mention the college name in credits. They should work to bring in more companies to college as there are hundreds of companies in the market.

Our college provides good infrastructure and facilities with quality teaching.

Placements: Placements in our college were better. Almost half of our batchmates were placed, but many core companies did not visit our college. Companies like Sanmar, TCS, Godrej, Mphasis, etc., visited our college. Indian Navy also recruited 2-3 students from our batch.
