The environment between students and faculty is good and friendly. The infrastructure is great.

Placements: They say that the placements rate of that year was not good, as the market was down due to demonetisation in that year. Only 3-4 students of our batch were placed. However, they were not placed in their core streams. Students find their internships on their own.

Amity University, Noida is average for B.Tech. Think about the fee before taking admission.

Placements: Placements in our college are average. You can get placed if you wish to work for an IT or marketing company. Most of the companies that visit Amity are from IT or business development background. I suggest you take admission in CS or IT stream as the students of these branches can easily get placed in at least one company. Students of other streams like EEE, mechanical, aerospace, etc., don't get much placement opportunities. Only a few core companies visit the college. You wouldn't get job in ...

Infrastructure and other facilities provided here are impressive.

Placements: I don't know much about the placements of the college, but I got mixed reviews about placements. I think it's good because many companies visit the college which provides more options and opportunities for students. Also, I think that the maximum number of students get placed from here, but I don't know about the salary packages exactly. There is a placement cell available in our college which provides help to students to get placed.

Awesome life and studies at Amity University, Uttar Pradesh.

Placements: From my personal experience, every student gets placed at the end of the day in one or other company, but the main recruiters are from the IT sector. The average package offered during my time was 3.25 lacs per annum, but once a person gets placed, it's a matter of time they can grow to higher positions. Also, the placements start very early from the start of the 4th year, and I also got placed in October itself.

Completely satisfied but the fees is too high.

Placements: If students are interested in placement then they have 100percent chance to get placement. As their are many well established such as wipro, hcl, amazon and many more. Startups company also come for the placement for those student who want to learn more.

The infrastructure is good with quality faculty members.

Placements: Almost 90% of the 2018 batch students got placed in good companies. The highest salary package offered was around 5 LPA, and the lowest offered was 3 LPA. Companies like Deloitte, HCL, Tikona Infinet Limited, Hitachi, Videocon, etc., visit the campus for placements. Roles like the executive manager and technical manager for sales and marketing are offered to placed students. The internship is provided in Jio and Airtel to students without stipend. Placement cell of the college provides you with ...

Amity could do better and might in the future.

Placements: Placements for both seniors, mine and junior batch is subpar. The major recruiters are mass recruiters like wipro, TCS. There are some companies that do offer core roles like Hero, Hyundai etc. But they are very few and difficult to crack. The placement cell is inefficient.

If you want to enjoy your B.Tech life, then this college is for you.

Placements: Placements in this college are available like other private colleges of the region. About 75% of the students got placed of which most of them are placed in mass recruiting companies like Wipro, TCS. Core companies like Hero, Yamaha do come, but they take very few students. The placement cell is not very efficient.

Okay, but could do much better given what they charge.

Placements: Placements are not good for both my and senior batch. A few core companies like hyundai, hero, yamaha do come but the of students that they hire are just 25 to 30 at max. The other companies that come are mass recruiters like wipro, tcs offering a package of about 3 Lacs LPA.

Good for having a cool B.Tech.

Placements: Placements are not upto the mark for both the senior and our batch. For mechanical at max 10 core companies come to the campus and then in total select about 25 to 30 students. The placement cell is not efficient and has to have more professional members.

The college is okay but could do much better given the fees for the programme.

Placements: The placements at our college are not good. There are only a handful of core companies that come for the placements of mechanical department. Out of the total batch, only 10-15 students got placed in these companies. Mass recruiters such as Wipro too come for placements, but the profiles are not what a mechanical student would want. The placement cell is not very professional.

Average faculty but satisfied with placements.

Placements: Placements offered at this campus ranges from 3 LPA to 6 LPA. Most of the students are placed in Accenture as this company is a mass recruiter for this campus. Students needs to work hard to get a placement from this campus. Placement percentage is very high as this a IP University, 80-90% students gets placement every year.

It is really the best college for engineering.

Placements: When I took admission here, I already knew placement is an integral part of the process in engineering which should be there to get a decent job after completion of my engineering. In 2017, around 240 companies recruited the students, and it has been recorded this year in placements.

Amity School of Engineering and Technology is a great college.

Placements: The placements provided by our college were awesome. Many students were placed in L&T, BLK Kashyap and other companies. The placements are guaranteed if you are regular to college and serious about your studies. My experience is awesome. The students can have an opportunity for their overall development. The college focuses on all the aspects of your studies and life.

Amity School of Engineering and Technology IP University.

Placements: Placement was very good for 2010-2014 batch. 95% of students were successfully placed and there were about 30 odd companies who visited the campus including Indian Navy, Microsoft, Wipro etc. Most of the companies were looking for IT professionals so software engineers have an edge in getting placed.

The college is very good on a lot of points but definitely there are a few drawbacks.

Placements: As per the name and fame of the college, the placements offered are not worth. Just a few core companies for various course visits for placement. The number of students sitting is much more than the number of companies, therefore students have to opt for companies offering very low wages. And regarding internships, the college does not provide ample opportunities, the students have to get indulged on their own. And that's not the end, for the consideration of your internship, you have to haunt f...

Good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Placement trend at Amity university is the same like any other university these days, being a part of Amity School Of Engineering & Technology (ASET) we also had A few of mass IT recruiters come initially alomg with a few CORE mechanical companies who hire like 3-4 people only. Amity has a one student one job policy which they follow quite strictly till the time you're not a placement cell volunteer, try getting that post to get an opportunity to get better career prospects.

Placements: There are some good companies which visit campus but they only hire very few people. If you are a good student and knowledgeable then you can get placed easily but if you are mediocre then not possible. Average package is 3-3.5 LPA with maximum being 6lpa but 95% of people are placed in average packages.

Placements: The placements are decent, but the procedure is not good. Students have to wait till evening to get the shortlisting names for the next round, which becomes very hectic for a person. In one campus drive, they already gave the names of shortlisted students randomly, which is a very bad thing. In the placement cell, the students get to sit for every company placement even after they are not meeting the eligibility criteria. Coordination of the teachers is very good.
