Lavish infrastructure, average placements and understanding faculty.

Placements: The placements of my batch were better for B.Tech students as compared to M.Tech students. Around 30%-40% students were recruited out of the total number of students who applied for the job. The highest package was of 4 lakhs and the lowest was 1.75 lakhs. The companies which came to the campus for recruitment were all MNCs and a few startups.

Very good college life, good placement record, excellent infrastructure.

Placements: The placement process started in the third academic year as promised by Amity technical placement cell (ATPC). Very good companies like Cisco, Aricent, Wipro, Headstrong, Virtusa etc. came first and the placement process was also carried out very smoothly. Except for a handful of candidates, rest all got placed by the start of the last semester, who participated in campus placements. The package range was from 2 to 6 lakhs per annum, and most companies offered a package of 3.5 lakhs per annum fo...

Good college with a degree that holds some importance.

Placements: The senior batch in the year 2016-2017 got nice placements from our branch. We saw companies like IBM, TCS, Capgemini and others come and take students. Packages ranged from about 3.5-5 LPA. About 60-70% of the batch was placed. The placement wing is good with nice and experienced faculty in it. All our placements are managed by the Amity University, Noida Campus .

Good placement, good infrastructure, ok ok faculty and amazing crowd and campus life.

Placements: Placement, as claimed by the college, is 100%. Every student is indeed placed. Many of them are satisfied, many are not. Average package goes from 3-5 lakhs with the highest even going up to 16 lakhs, depending on the student. Analyst was the mot common role offered to the students. Each and every student was placed in my senior batch.

Good faculty and good placements for IT people. Bad for mechanical and civil. Costly.

Placements: Placements are really good on this campus if you are interested in working for IT firms. Being a mechanical student, I was disappointed by the college placements. Out of 300, only 5-6 got placed in the core field. 100-150 were placed in IT firms, e-commerce (Amazon) and MNCs like Wipro and TCS. Positions offered to mechanical students in these companies were project engineer in Wipro, TCS and TRMS, TOC in Amazon. Remaining students didn't choose to sit in the recruitment process. Really good infrastructure and facilities and with good chances of exposure.

Placements: The placements of my seniors' batch are about 95% and almost all the students got placed with the average package of 3.5 lakhs PA. The highest package was around 6.5 lakhs PA offered by Ford and the lowest was around 1.5 lakhs PA. The companies that visited our campus are Ford, Aricent, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Microsoft, Cognizant etc. Most of the students apply for internships on their own but the college also keeps a reserve internship in case if any student failed in getting the internship and ...

Brief summary of Amity which helps you to know about it.

Placements: As they say, placement is 100 percent but this thing have some condition behind it which you can't find in written anywhere. These are your percentage should be minimum 60 to 65 percent otherwise you are not eligible to sit in 99 percent of the companies because companies don’t accept you. Microsoft, Google, etc. also comes but their percentage required to sit in drives is around 70 to 80 percent. They follow the same process for campus placement as it is for their off campus placements. Amity-N...

Good for a private university.

Placements: The current scenario provides very less chances for getting into core mechanical companies. Most of the students are offered jobs for IT & business posts with an average package of 3 LPA. Almost all the students get placed by the end of their degree. Graduate engineer trainee and business analyst are the two most common roles provided by the companies.

Great infrastructure and facilities but not value for the money.

Placements: Placements were good comparatively, but one had to be capable enough to grab the opportunity. College placements cell provides ample amount of opportunities to get a job just to make their 100% placement assurance. I was in mechanical field but was placed in an IT company which I didn't want to join because I have completed my B.Tech with very much technical knowledge and maintained 8 pointers throughout the course. All cream companies showed up during placements like Wipro, Tcs, HCL, Lava, Cape...

Amity University is worldwide recognised. In 2015 almost 75% were placed into different companies.

Placements: Seniors got nice and good placements. Big companies like Samsung, HCl, HP etc visit our college and many students got enrolled into them with a good salary like 40000 to 80000. Some students were selected for foreign companies also. Many students got different roles into companies.

A college with decent faculty and placement. Great campus and infrastructure.

Placements: Good enough. Companies do visit the campus. You get a fair amount of opportunity to get yourself placed. At least there is no running around off campus to get a job. You may not get your core company placement in mechanical and civil but at the end of the degree you'll be walking out with a job.

Faboulous Infrastructure and facilities by Amity

Placements: Engineering placements are better than others. Average salary is of Rs 3 Lakh per annum. Wipro, Tata Consultancy Services, HCL, Dell, NDTV, ICICI and Reliance are the mass recruiters here. Mostly of the engineering get jobs in IT. One has to look out for options off-campus if he/she is looking out for options in his core field.

Placements: The placement in our college is the best as it gives chances to sit in the placements of all the reputed companies like Microsoft, Google and much more. Mostly, the students having more than 65% are given chances to sit in almost all the companies. Amity school of engineering and technology.

Placements: The placements are more like other colleges but one can get placed easily. Average package is about 3.5 LPA. One can get a good package if he or she deserves. Indian Navy gives a good package in the university. The highest package offered is around 34 LPA.

Absolutely satisfied by the faculty and placements, along with the good infrastructure.

Placements: Well, being in the NCR region, a lot of companies come for the placement drive here, from Wipro to Microsoft to IBM. Since Wipro is a mass recruiter, the average salary offered by them ranges from 2.5 to 3 LPA and around 5 LPA by IBM. Microsoft, on the other hand, gives a package more than 10 but its technical exam, GD and PI rounds are extremely tough. One student of CSE, who is a 2015 pass-out, was placed in Microsoft at 12 LPA.

The poor quality of education is not just about my college, but about the education system nowadays.

Placements: There aren't enough placements or I should say there are unsatisfactory placements. The placements are more like non-technical for mechanical. But for other streams such as IT and CSE, there are plenty of campus placements with decent packages. Most of the campus placements took place when majority of us were gone for dissertation/internships, were either involved in projects or were very far from the campus to attend the placements. So I think these placements could have been scheduled better s...

The college has a good brand name and is known in the industry. Being close to the city center metro station it is easy to commute from any location in Delhi. The faculty is decent and overall the infrastructure is excellent. But, the ROI is not good as the fee is too high. But, Amity boasts of 100% placements and does achieve it and therefore is not able to focus on the packages offered. Like other colleges there is one offer per person. Apart from studies, extra-curricular helps one in holisti...

Amity University has world class infrastructure and a high class living standard. It has multiple blocks in which engineering, MBA, and almost every branch is available. The bad thing is that there are a lot of members who are not highly qualified. There is a problem of attendance. You have to go to college daily to get attendance done. If you want to enjoy your life join Amity University because the party is always going on.
