Placements: Placements in Andhra university are good even Microsoft conducted campus placements here. The hod is very successful in bringing the product based companies and the service based companies to the campus placements. Companies like tech mahendhra and wipro regularly take the students in campus placements if the students are eligible.
Placements: The placements are not bad, though many students got placed in a single firm. The highest package is around 20 lakhs per annum, and lowest is around 2 lakhs per annum. About 10% of the students got the internship from top MNCs. The average stipend is around Rs. 45,000 for 3 weeks.
Placements: The placements for our batch are very rare, but in our computer science department, there are a lot of placements. The highest package in our department is up to 38 lakhs per annum, and least is 3 lakhs per annum. Many companies like Wipro, Factset, Tech-Mahindra, Microsoft etc. have visited our college
Placements: The placements are becoming worse day by day. Being the top college, it's very poor in placements. I think everyone should be very strict about these placements. As a top college, it should have 100% placement. This is the key step for many students' future. Hope the change comes as soon as possible.
Placements: This branch didn't have placement. We get jobs based on our portfolio, and everyone is well-settled. We can do our own practice and freelancing jobs, or we can go start a new business. The minimum pay scale is 20 thousand rupees, and salary should be increased by experience.
Placements: At least 10 people got placed in L&T and another 12 in Infosys in this academic year. More companies are expected to come by the end of the semester. Last year, 16 seniors got placed in Infosys, 14 got placed in L&T, 2 in Hexagon, 8 in BSCPL, 4 students got placed in Tata Consultancy Services, etc.
Placements: Placements were good for our senior batch and they were good for us also. But for us they were a little late as I got placed in July. But placements have been declining over the years due to lack of growth in the maritime sector in this country. Almost all the students got internships from IITs & other central government shipyards. The highest package that we got was 10lpa and the lowest was 3.3lpa.
Placements: Till last year, the placements are good. But this year, not many good companies came to the campus. Indian Navy is also not visiting from this year. If you expect a job from this department, then that depends on project list on the shipyards. If they don't have a project, then they don't come for recruitment. Till last year, 60% chances are there to get a job, but from this year, there is only a chance of 20%.
Placements: Placement will be in the 4th year of the first semester, and there is a placement cell in Andhra University. About 30-40% of our seniors got campus placements in the companies like TCS, Infosys, Microsoft etc., and the average salary package is between 4-5Lakhs per annum.
Placements: The placements for my senior batch is well and good. About 45%of the students got placed last year, and the average salary expected is about Rs 15,000-25,000 per month(based on academic excellence). Almost all students got internships in the college, but the stipend is not up to mark. The placement cell in the college is useful, but it lacks senior professor's feedback.
Placements: The placements are not up to the mark. They are around 40% only. The salary ranges from 3.25 LPA to 6 LPA. Only 5 companies visited the college, and they were recruiting freshers only. No person got an internship from my college. There is a placement cell, and it's not at all useful because there is no proper infrastructure and staff for doing work and coordinating with students.
Placements: Previously the placements are good but from the last two years it's not so good but still the opportunities are better than other engineering colleges, getting into core companies is easier,. Software companies will come to the campus every year and the intake is high.
Placements: There are no placements for my batch, and my seniors batch got average placements in 2017. The highest salary offered was Rs. 4,00,000 per annum. The companies like Infosys, Wipro, and Vedam companies visited the campus. The software engineer type roles are offered to the students. Almost, 90 percent of the students got an internship from my college.
Placements: There will be at least 3 campus placements every year. 30% - 50% of the students will be placed for every year. The salary pack will be between 3 - 5 LPA. L&T, Wipro, Infosys will approach every year. Aptitude test will be conducted and then there will be an interview. There is a placement cell on our campus which is very useful.
Placements: Placements here are good, but most of the placements here are from the software side. Here, L&T companies take a minimum of 10 students every year. Also, two to three PSUs are also recruiting the students here. But, half of the students here come out of the college without any placements. This is the information, got to me, by my seniors.
Placements: The placements are not that much good for our batch. Less number of students got placed and salary offered is an average of 2LPA. Students are going to do a research on this, so many took their M.Tech programme. The internship is available, and no stipend is provided by them. There is a placement cell and helps in bringing software companies as well.
Placements: The placements are good for our batch, and when compared to our seniors, the percentage change has been decreased by a bit. 75 percent of students were placed with an average salary of 3.5 LPA, and the highest package was 7 LPA, and the lowest was 3.25 lacs per annum. Infosys, Wipro, Factset, ARCserve, Mobis Hyundai and some other companies visited. The software engineer was the role offered by each company. About 20 percent of students were offered an internship with a stipend of 6 thousand. Th...
Placements: In B.Tech Geoinformatics, 80% of the students are placed in various companies like Infosys, Accenture, Wipro, TCS and some more companies. The highest salary offered is 3.25 LPA. Many software companies will visit for the campus placements but, core companies will not visit our campus.
Placements: General placements not to the expected level. There is no such fantasy for this AU like the other AUs. Jobs n placements Re poor when compared to many colleges other than Andhra university. Freedom is the most high thing here.
Placements: The college has 100% placements. All the students are selected in different companies, and the preparation for the placements starts from the first year itself. For placements, speed maths concepts among different curriculum also been provided in a case to that helps students a lot.
