A college with strict attendance and everything to offer.

Placements: Placements in this college is quite good especially for the Computer Science branch. Our college has a good placement record for eligible students I mean students with 70% through out 10th 12th and B.Tech and without any active backlogs. This year the placement for CS branch was around 115% (includes people who have aggregate less than 70 or have one backlog) and around 90% (students with above 70% in 10th and 12th and no backlogs) for all branches. Major recruiters here are TCS, Mindtree, Persi...

Good faculty and good placement, really good infrastructure.

Placements: Good placement record compared to other private college in west Bengal. Mainly IT company recruits more than core. Some recruiters are mainly TCS, IBS. Really this college has a good track record in placement and one of the best private engineering college in west Bengal under MAKAUT.

Academy of technology as a college.

Placements: Placements are very in the mechanical department. No proper placement are happened here as only the pool campus drive is conducted here every time. The core companies also do not come here. Most of the students giving their effort for GATE examination placement cell is also present here.

AOT is not a name. It is beyond to this.

Placements: About the placement, the students of IT sector have many opportunities. Various software companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra, Persistent, and many more companies visited our college. There are only a few companies for the core students. For the mechanical students, ITD Cementation is a good core company, who visit our college. Overall, 80% of the students get a job at the end of their last semester.

It's not a college. It's just a school without a uniform.

Placements: CSE is the best department for placements in our college, all over the time. In 120 students, 102 were placed in our senior batch. The highest salary was 7.2 LPA in SAP Labs, and the lowest was 3.4 LPA in TCS. SAP, Persistent, IBM, Wipro, Oracle, TCS, Mindtree, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, Tavant, ADP, etc. are the companies that visited. A very few students got internships from our college. I got a stipend of Rs. 5,000 in internship. We have a placement cell, and it is very much careful towards st...

If you are interested in your education- it's the one to go for, no scope for fun though.

Placements: The placements are excellent if you are from the Computer Science department. In other streams there are a number of companies that come for campus placements, but most are IT companies. The number of core companies for Electrical and Mechanical are a bit on the lower side, but they do come.

The college is too much strict.

Placements: The placements are good for the earlier batch and current year batch too. TCS recruited more than 400 students in this year. The minimum requirement to sit for placements is 10th, 12th, and throughout B.Tech the percentage must be more than 60%. Other companies such as Oracle, Jhonson Control, Capgemini, Accenture, etc., also recruited many students.

If u want to a good faculty with a proper infrastructure at a reasonable fee then u should choose AO

Placements: The placements has been very good since the year 2007 when first batch graduated with their respective degrees. Some companies like TCS, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, gate, Godrej etc. Are regular and hire fair amount of students. Almost 30+ companies recruit from our college. The average salary ranges from 2.5 to 5.5 LPA.

AOT, dreams don't come into reality but reality is realized here.

Placements: The college is best for IT sector placements. Very good companies come during the 7th semester and continue to come during the 8th semester as well. But, not so much happening for core streams although students get placed somewhere or the other at the end of the day.

The review of Academy of technology.

Placements: It has good placement. It ranks 4th in the private colleges in Bengal. Many companies especially TCS offer the placement to a lot of students. I would prefer it. If you have ability and marks of the course, you will get the placement in the academy of technology.

One of the best private college in West Bengal.

Placements: The placements offered are very good. Approximately 80-95% of the students got placement offers by the prestigious companies in 2017. In computer science and engineering department, every student having 60% throughout got placement, and the other departments also have decent placement record. The electrical department is a bit behind.

I am satisfied with everything that is provided by AOT.

Placements: It provides good placements, but all the companies are from IT sector. Its a major setback for the students studying in the core streams. The aptitude classes that are provided for the placements are really good. The aptitude classes are the main reason for the mass placements of AOTians. The placement cell is efficient although it fails in providing the internships during the third year. But still, the placements are far better when compared to other colleges. ...

As compared to any other private colleges, I can say that this college is too good to study.

Placements: For our previous batch, the placements were 50%. But for our batch, the placements weren't much worse. Many of the students got selected for IT companies, and a few got selected for core companies. But, other than mechanical engineering, all branches placements were too good compared to other private colleges.

A place which built my career with knowledge and discipline.

Placements: For the placement process in AOT, the college provides various training classes related to the company placement. Our college endeavour is to provide a maximum possible number of campus interview opportunity to the student with equal emphasis on IT and core sectors engineering placements, and we will succeed in this mission.
