A fast developing college with a few improvements.

Placements: The placement percentage of our college stays beyond 80% in last few years. The growth is consistent, and every year we have a few new companies visiting our campus. In our batch, the total percentage of recruitment was above 92 while during our seniors, it was above 89%. The recruitment for 2017 batch is going on and has already crossed 80%. The highest salary offered during our period was 6 LPA, which is decent while the lowest salary was about 1.8LPA, which is low. The companies that regularl...

Really good infrastructure with disciplined behaviour

Placements: Placements were great. It produces the maximum number of placements in mechanical engineering out of all private colleges in West Bengal. CSE, IT and ECE have the highest percentage of placements. Whole round the year placements occur. Most of IT companies come during the odd semester and core companies come during the even semester. Almost out of 700 students, 500 get placed.

One of the leading private engineering colleges (AOT).

Placements: During the period of 2016 and 2017 batches, several companies covering both Core and IT sectors opted for placements in AOT. Some core companies suitable for EIE, EE, ME were Johnson Controls, Godrej and Pernod Ricard to name a few. IT giants like TCS, Capgemini and Tech Mahindra also hired from our college. Application-specific companies like Oracle and SAP also were among the elite companies which conducted a placement drive.

Good faculty but needs to improve placements in the core sector.

Placements: Only IT companies come for campusing. But only students who have good academics get selected. Even if others have better communication and coding skills. If you score well, you will probably get placed in an IT company. But forget about core companies.

Placements not upto the mark.

Placements: The placement is not at par with the B.Tech students, and companies with mostly a high criteria visit the campus. The interview is conducted with the B.Tech students (less number exclusively for MCA companies) of the same and sometimes other colleges (pool) but MCA selection rate is very less.

Best college in the Bengal natural environment and good placement.

Placements: The campus placement record in our college is quite good. Not only our college brings companies but the head of corporate relations department also helps a lot. We are provided extra classes for aptitude and other technical subjects. The college provides us extra training classes in a regular routine and if the core department is not considered, then placement record is almost 100%, but if they are considered, it's about 85%. It's a good college for both CSE and IT. But if you are interested in bunking, then it's not of your kind. This college is very strict about attendance. Teachers and faculty members are good and educated and moreover, always there for you. There are no off classes as if any teacher is absent, then a substitution had already been scheduled beforehand. Placements are quite good.

The college has a large campus with good infrastructure and ambience. The teachers here are very good. The college has updated labs a good record of placements. It is among the top private engineering colleges. Apart from having good academic faculty members, it also has separate grounds for cricket, basketball, volleyball, badminton etc. At the cultural fests, eminent celebrities like Sunidhi, Sukhwinder, and K.K. etc. have performed. Overall, it is a good college, an all-rounder one.

I study in CS and we have the best of renowned and dedicated faculty. The whole curriculum is designed to provide flexibility to students to choose among interdisciplinary subjects as per one’s personal interests and choices. Its huge green campus has one lake and a ridge area surrounding the campus. The Campus provides an awesome range of facilities and infrastructure for sports. The fees structure is okay.

Academy Of Technology is an engineering college which helps students to grow up as a better engineer. Unlike other colleges, it is extremely conscious about its students and infrastructure. Surely a good place to be a techy-person. The management is quite helpful at placement assistance. Faculty members are friendly. Only the con of it is that for some students the college life is extremely hectic. But overall it was a good experience to be a part of this college.

I will get my college from average to good because of its Infrastructure and good placement records.

Placements: The visiting companies are almost IT based companies, you will rarely get any core company visiting. The last year placement percentage they showed was 143% but it is just a trap as one student got more than one offer letter. maximum hirings are from CSE,CSBS,ECE department. So if you are expecting placement from core branches, forget. But if your CGPA is good and you have good skills, you will get placed. Average CTC is 3.6 LPA.after 4th sem you are eligible for internship.

It's good in placement and everything but college atmosphere is good for girls not for boys.

Placements: Here students are pretty good. Average package offered 4-5 L / annum. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Cognizant, Infosys etc. About internships I have not many idea but it's mainly based on the quality of the student and how much hard work he gave into his/her study.

AOT is one of the best colleges in West Bengal.

Placements: There is a minimum of 80% of the students from the electrical department are placed from the campus. The highest package was near about 10 LPA and the lowest was near about 2 LPA. The mass recruiter of the college is TCS mainly. No one got an internship from our course.
