APSCE is okay for average students. Do not expect much.

Placements: Placements are poor. Most of the seniors did not get placed during the campus recruitment since our college is not good in technical education. Most often companies will visit for recruitment but only the toppers get placed. About only 30% of the students will be placed in different companies.

Good for IT departments like CS, IS, ECE and TCE but not good for civil and mechanical streams.

Placements: For civil engineering, placements were zero. No construction company visited our college neither any of the civil students were placed by the placement cell of the college. I would request to civil and mechanical aspirants that if you are looking for placements immediately after your degree, then this is not a right college for you.

The facilities in the college are quite bad. Faculties are terrible except for a handful. If you are a bookworm, this is a good college. If you think different or out of the box, you will be scrutinized. Canteen is terrible, hostels is even more terrible. No importance to sports that the college supports except cricket, which is unimportant. The college management quite clearly has funds with the secretary owning BMWs and Mercs but the students suffer due to water shortages, terrible toilet clea...

The college houses competitive cross-section of more than 300-400 students. There is a good mix of students from different parts of the country. Particularly, the institute’s Electrical Engineering and Computer Science departments are among the best in Bangalore. Students have a very healthy atmosphere to learn and interact here. Seniors are supportive and there is no kind of ragging done here. The placement cell at APSCE is average. The average package offered is around Rs. 3.25 lakhs p.a.

APS College of Engineering situated 26 kms from the city is well connected by a fleet of new buses which pick up the students from all major residential areas of the city. The campus is sprawled over 104 acres of land in the suburbs of Bangalore. One will experience a very peaceful campus, which is very good for the students. I have done my B.E in Electronics and Communication Engineering. The ECE department was started in the Year 1997 with an intake of 60. The department boasts of the dedicate...

College is located far off from the city. Transportation: There is availability of paid college buses and BMTC buses. Availability of buses from Majestic is not frequent. Need to catch bus only from Market. On the way to college there are 5 engineering colleges, 2 or 3 diploma colleges and schools. So in the peak time buses will be very much crowded. Hostel There is no girls hostel or PG located near to the college. There are some available near KSIT college. Faculty: College has mix of e...

Comprehensive learning with an industry-relevant curriculum, good placements, and a vibrant campus.

Placements: Actually, last year, many students were placed, with a 90% placement rate. They provide placement training in my college. The highest package in reputed colleges can range from 12 LPA to over 16 LPA (international offers). The lowest package can be around 3-5 LPA. Generally, the average package ranges from 6-10 LPA in good colleges.

The college was good but I was not satisfied and the placements were average.

Placements: There was a good teaching level in this college. The companies that offered placements were not more but average. MNC and TCS companies were offered. About 75% of students got jobs in Wipro. The lowest salary package offered was 1 LPA and the highest salary package offered was 8 LPA. It's in our hands how we put our efforts. There were good campus placements.

A good average college but little far from main city.

Placements: According to the data, college placement is more than 70 to 80%. But I am not sure about this because it may change every year as the strength of the batch changes. Every year there is a separate team called the "placement team" which usually guides students in their queries.

The placement officer has a lot of contacts with companies so that every student can get placed with a good salary package. Students will get equivalent encouragement and support from the placement officer.
