AIFD CAT application form is released on the official website of Army Institute of Fashion & Design. Candidates need to fill their application form for AIFD CAT 2021 and also pay the application fee online itself.

Important Documents for AIFD CAT 2021

Documents and certificates to be submitted along with AIFD CAT 2021 application form include:

Admit and attendance cards	Proof of age as per Class X/ XII or equivalent exam mark sheet/ TC
Statement of marks of qualifying exam with aggregate marks	Statement of marks of higher degrees/ exams
Certificate applicable for children of serving Army Personnel having 10 years continuous service in the Army, Retired/ Released/ Discharged after 10 Years of service/ killed in action/ died during service/ disabled in action/ medically boarded out with pension	Certificate applicable for stepchildren of Army Personnel who were born from wedlock where at least one parent belonged to the Army/ adopted children of Army Personnel who have been adopted at least 5 years prior to commencement of course
Certificate applicable for children of Army Medical Corps/ AD Corps Officers serving in Air Force/ Navy Medical Establishment/ MNS/ APS and TA Personnel

Steps to Fill AIFD CAT Application Form 2021

Candidates can follow the below-mentioned steps to fill as well as submit AIFD CAT application form:

Step 1: Avail AIFD CAT Application Form & Prospectus

Candidates can avail AIFD CAT prospectus and application form either in the online or offline mode.

Offline Mode: Candidates can avail of prospectus and application form by post from the office of AIFD Bangalore by paying a fee of Rs 500 via DD in favour of Army Institute of Fashion & Design payable at Bangalore. Candidates can also purchase the form in person from the office of AIFD Bangalore or from the Institute, Army Headquarters (AWES) and all the Command Headquarters (AWES) by paying AIFD CAT application fee of Rs 500 via DD.
Online Mode: Candidates can download the form from the official website of the institute.

Step 2: Fill AIFD CAT Application Form

Candidates need to enter the below-mentioned details in AIFD CAT application form:

Personal details: Name, parents’ name, nationality, marital status, date of birth, sex, religion, email ID, parent’s office address
Education details: Name, passing year, subjects, and percentage of last qualifying exam
Permanent and postal address
Signing of declaration
Name and contact details of a person for character verification of the candidate
Signature and duly-attested photo (4.5 X 3.5 cm) of the candidate
Signature of the parent
