APIIT NAT 2023 counselling will take place in a paper-based format. The institute will compile a merit list based on the marks earned and the candidate's category when the results are announced. In the event of a tie, the marks from the particular topics will be considered. The Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology will notify the candidate through email after the merit list has been prepared. The email will include information such as the interview location and time. The counselling letter will include information such as reporting times and other instructions for the candidate to follow.
Steps in the APIIT NAT 2023 Counseling Process
- Candidates should make the required arrangements once they receive the notification.
- Candidates have plenty of time to choose their desired subject and college.
- For the document verification process, candidates should arrive early.
- If space is available, the counsellor will assign the course and college.
- If the first option is not accessible, candidates might choose another.
- Selected candidates have the option of paying the entry fee and reserving their place.
- For the second round of counselling, the institute will publish a list of available seats.
For verification and submission during APIIT NAT counselling 2023, candidates must bring both the original and Xerox copies of the certificate. They should bring the following documents with them to the counselling session:
- Intimation letter for counselling
- Admit Card
- Degree Certificate
- Community Certificated issued by a recognised body
- Doctor authentication certificate for PWD candidates
- Recent Photograph
- 10th Standard Certificate
- 12th Standard Certificate
