BITSAT 2025 Application Form: Dates, Steps to Fill Application Form, Fee, Correction Facility

All candidates are advised to keep certain documents and information ready before filling out the BITSAT application form 2025. Having these documents and details ready will allow the candidates to complete the BITSAT 2025 registration process smoothly.

• Academic details
• Net banking/credit card/debit card details
• Candidate's Photograph - 50 KB to 100 KB in JPEG/JPG format
• Candidate's Signature - 10 KB to 100 KB in JPEG/ JPG format
• An attested photocopy of the Class X pass/ Matriculation/Secondary School certificate issued by the Board
• An attested photocopy of the mark sheet of the qualifying examination and any other higher University/Board examinations passed

While filling out the BITSAT 2025 application form, the candidates can use any one of the following web browsers to ensure that they do not face any issues.

• Mozilla Firefox (version 3.0)
• Google Chrome (version 3.0)

BITSAT 2025 application form will be released online at bitsadmission.com. The given steps can be followed to fill out the BITS 2025 application form correctly. 

Step 1: Registration - In the first step, the candidates will have to register for the BITSAT 2025 exam by following the given steps.

• Go to bitsadmission.com
• Click on the registration link.
• Candidates have to register for BITSAT 2025 by providing their basic details such as their name, gender, date of birth, email ID and mobile number. A password also has to be created for future login purposes.
• After entering all the required details, the candidates will have to click on the submit button to complete the registration.
• On successful registration, a pop-up message with the registration number will appear on the screen.
• The candidates will also receive messages regarding BITSAT 2025 registration on their email addresses and mobile phone numbers. The mail will contain the candidate's login ID and password.
• The registration number, login ID and password have to be kept safe as they will be required for future logins.

Step 2: Filling out the application form - After registration, the candidates will have to fill out the BITSAT application form 2025. Important information related to the candidate's personal, academic, and contact details will have to be filled out on the form. BITSAT 2025 exam cities have to be selected in the order of preference since they will be considered for allotment of exam centres.

Step 3: Uploading of scanned documents - Next the candidates will have to upload the scanned images of their recent passport-size colour photograph and signature as per the specifications given below. If the specifications do not match, then the application form will not be accepted.

Step 4: Fee Payment - Finally, the candidates will have to pay the BITSAT 2025 application fee online i.e., through credit/debit card or internet banking. After a successful transaction, the candidates will receive a notification regarding their payment. The candidates are advised to download the fee payment receipt and save it for future reference.

Modes of Payment: PayU Money, PayTM, or ICICI Payment Gateway

For foreign candidates not residing in India: Payment has to be done by International Credit Cards and Debit Cards using the Online Payment Gateway

Step 5: Printout of application form - Candidates will have to download the filled application form and fee receipt of BITSAT 2025 after making the payment of the application fee and take a printout of the downloaded application form and fee receipt for further reference. BITSAT 2025 application forms sent through fax or email will not be accepted. Candidates are also advised to note down their application form number because this is a unique number issued to them and has to be used by them for all subsequent correspondence with the Institute. 

After completing the registration process, the candidates are advised to keep the following information and documents safe for future reference.

• BITSAT 2025 application form number
• BITSAT 2025 hall ticket
• Other documents that were used for filling out the BITSAT 2025 application form.

The BITSAT 2025 application correction facility will be open for all registered candidates. Through the BITSAT application form correction facility, the candidates will be able to edit/correct the details that they have submitted in the entrance exam. Since it is a one-time process, the candidates are advised to make the corrections carefully. After the corrections are submitted, the authorities will not accept requests to change them. It is to be noted that not all details previously submitted in the application form will be open for correction/editing.

After the candidates pay the BITSAT 2025 application fee, they will be able to check its status i.e., whether the same has been received by the authorities or not.
