It is a good college but still needs improvement.
Placements: In our college, almost 30-40% of students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 5 LPA to 7 LPA. Students get internships based on their skills.
Infrastructure: In our college, labs are average. Computers provided in the lab have average specifications, suitable for running software like Adobe, Maya, etc. Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus but is very slow. The library is excellent.
Faculty: Faculty members are knowledgeable and well-experienced. They are very supportive and helpful. They are not permanent. Most teachers leave college after one or two semesters. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are easy. Students can pass the exam by studying for one or two weeks before exams.

    Average placement, good faculty members.
Placements: 75% students get placed. 12 LPA is the highest package and 3 LPA is the average package. Approximately 80% of students get internships if they want to earn from the heart. Otherwise, there's no special internship our college provides on its own. 3D artist and VFX artist are the top roles offered in my course.
Infrastructure: Our classes have high-spec PCs for students. Fully air-conditioned, and all classrooms have Wi-Fi signals for good internet. The college has a library as well, which gives a full feel to study. The college canteen is average, and the food quality is not that great. Unfortunately, the worst thing is no area for sports.
Faculty: Teachers here are great. I like their attitude toward students. They always stand for student doubts and are also very friendly. Yes, students become industry-ready if they work according to the teachers. Semester exams are moderately difficult. If you study well enough, you can pass them easily.
    Other: There's nothing special here.

Infrastructure and helpful faculty of AAFT.
Placements: Placement in our course mainly depends upon the portfolio we create, meaning the better the portfolio, the higher the chances are to get placement. The average number of students that get placed is around 46-50 percent, that too from college itself. Most of the placements that happen are outside of the college. The highest package is around 235,000 per month, the lowest must be 25,000 per month, and the average is around 36,000 per month. Top recruiting companies are Red Chillies, Sanskar Studios, and news channels such as Zee Network. At least 90% of students have gotten internships; the rest that did not get one was because of not having an adequate portfolio. The top roles that are offered are FXTD, which affects technical director.
Infrastructure: Our college has exceptional infrastructure, including Wi-Fi for each course, which is high-speed. There are power outlets and workstations for each student available. Software that is required throughout the course is also provided, such as Adobe Creative Suite, 3D programs such as Blender, Maya, Houdini, and 3DS Max. Hostels are what we say average; they're not exceptionally good but not terribly bad either, although it gets costly considering the electricity and water bills are also to be paid by the students themselves. The food is not that great; it is water and land.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful in our course; they are the people who have worked in the industry and know what they are doing. They are incredibly well-trained, polite, and always there for you to solve your issues. Teaching quality is very good. Yes, we are taught the practical stuff before the theoretical so that we can be industry-ready. There are seminars, meetups, and industrial visits to help and guide us on the path that is needed to be industry-ready. Semester exams are pretty easy; they are not tough. If you have paid attention in classes, you don't even have to study before the exam; it's all about your knowledge.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to be an FX artist, and I wanted to get into a film school in Canada. But because of financial issues, that wasn't possible. So, I needed to search for something near me, which is as good as it gets. So, I came across AAFT, and yes, it is the best I could find. There is a lot of drawing, and I would want to make sure drawing is a part of my course, but not that substantial as it is important, but for those who want to get into FX only, this is a hurdle to get through.
