Satisfied with the college, because of faculty members.

Placements: The highest package is 720000, and the average package is 2.5 LPA. Percentage of recruiting companies is low. Few students get placement from asutosh college. If you expect good placement in this college, you may be disappointed.

It is a good college to learn but doesn't provide placements.

Placements: Placements are not provided in our college under Calcutta University. The placement cell in our college provides few placements to students. Many students go for higher studies.

Satisfied with my college. Good infrastructure and good teachers.

Placements: Placements are not provided directly to the students. But the college provides you internship, and its all about your skill and talent, which will give you placement. Students should read thoroughly, and should learn skills, so that they will be able to get internship easily.

Good infrastructure and faculty members.

Placements: There is a low chance of getting placement after competing BA/B.Sc/General course. But there is a placement cell in Asutosh college and they also provide extra courses each year which may provide you a placement but there is no guarantee for this. But the courses will definitely help you in future.

One of the best colleges for this course. Best campus crowd I've ever seen.

Placements: 30% students are being placed in different companies. 2.5-3.6 LPA is the average package offered from different private companies. 40% recruiting is done by ICICI, Bandhan, HDFC banks, Amazon etc. Admin, BSE are the usual posts, offered for English (Honours) students.

Like every other thing on Earth, my college is a combination of yin and yang, the good and the bad.

Placements: Those students who want to do jobs after Bachelors degree are placed in reputed organizations. Some good companies recruit from our college. Many students did internships even before passing out at companies like Radio Mirchi, Google, etc.

Our college has great faculty members and good infrastructure.

Placements: The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA to 3 LPA after completing a degree. There are opportunities for higher studies. Most of the students get placements both in West Bengal and other states. Placements are very good in our college.

Really good infrastructure.

Placements: No campus placements were held in our college as we are students of graduation. That's why no company offered us internship. But their teachings help us pursue IIT and other educational degrees like MCA and M.Sc. Many of us including me are pursuing M.Sc. Department toppers are in different IIT's across the country.

Satisfied because of faculty, really good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: This course is in demand nowadays and it helps to develop multiple skills during these 3 years which prevents one from lagging behind in the upcoming genre of industry. In-campus placements are not there in our college but due to this course, off-campus placements can be cracked easily.

The name of the college is itself an honor for me to utter.

Placements: About 70% of students get placed. The salary packages offered were between Rs.16000 - Rs.25000 per month. TCS, Wipro, Infosys, etc., came for recruiting. About 30% of students got an internship in TCS, 15% got in Wipro and 25% got in Infosys. Data analyst is the top role offered for our course and there was another role also which was the back-end job for coding and data analyst. Every intern got hired, it's the most satisfying thing with our college. So I would recommend every student who is w...

Placements: There is an average ratio of 8:10 students in our course in total. I don't know about the package because I'm currently studying and haven't got any job offerings but I'm sure that the placements are really good and satisfying. We have both hons and general divisions.

Good college among public colleges in Kolkata.

Placements: Around 50% of people were interested in getting placed in my batch, and most of the others were pursuing higher degrees. The top companies recruiting were TCs, Kotak, Mutal Fund, and ICICI Mutual Fund. Most of the students who got placed are doing a traineeship and some are doing full-time jobs in the above-mentioned companies. Roles offered were Sales executive, marketing manager, and Bps program.

Good Faculty, a Dismal College Life, and a Questioning Future

Placements: The placement system for almost all colleges under Calcutta University is terrible. It is better advised to look out for internships from your second year and on, and build relevant experience so that you can build your resume and look for jobs yourself.
