I am satisfied with the college, and it provides good placements.

Placements: I don't know the exact percentage of students placed from our course specifically, but around 70 to 89% of the students do get placed in good companies. Accenture and TCS are the top recruiting companies. Many students do get internships from college during summer vacations as it is important for students to get into good companies.

It was less beneficial in case of academics but for other kind of experience it was good.

Placements: 80-90 percent students got placement from the college. Min 25k salary was offered. Mostly IT companies were there. Core companies were only 1-2. Most of the students shifted to IT due to more package. Tech Mahindra, Accenture, Infosys, L&T companies were there.

Overall the infrastructure is beautiful, faculty members are well educated and helpful to students.

Placements: The branch in which I am studying is the core branch of my college. Placement opportunities are pretty much good and the average package that companies offer is 4lakh/annum. There are dedicated lectures about interview sessions, and about every process related to placement and placement interviews.

I'm satisfied with the infrastructure and decent placements.

Placements: Companies like Infosys, Accenture, Tech Mahindra, Zycus, etc., visited our campus to offer placements, with Zycus offering the highest salary package of up to 4 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was around 2-2.5 LPA. Placements in this college were decent. Companies like Infosys, Accenture, and Tech Mahindra were the bulk recruiters of the college.

Atharva was the best college for me.

Placements: Placements in the college were good, but they were not up to the mark during my tenure. There is no proper training and guidance provided to the students, and everything was unplanned and unstructured. During my tenure, most of the students didn't get placed soon, but they found their way later.

Placements: About 10-15 companies visited the campus for placements in 2015. Almost all of them offered a salary package of around 3-4 LPA. Infosys, TCS, IGATE and L&T were the first 4 companies that visited our campus to offer placements. TCS, IGATE and L&T recruited about 10-25 students each and Infosys recruited about 100 students.

It is a great college for pursuing a degree.

Placements: Placements in our college were good. They helped a lot of students during their core years to get their dream job. Placements were useful for students in finding their vision in life and come with different ideas out of the confused world.

The college is worth the money but not satisfying.

Placements: Placements were good for my batch. IT companies like L&T Infotech, Capgemini, and Infosys visited the campus for placements. They offered the roles of trainee and software engineer to students. Companies related to core electronics or telecommunications didn't visit the campus that year.

It is an educational hub in Mumbai.

Placements: Placements were primarily provided in IT Companies. Mass-recruiters of our college were Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, L&T Infotech and TCS. Few other companies do come but recruit selective students. There are not many internship opportunities on campus. Students do search for it on their own to learn and gain professional experience.

Review of Atharva College of Engineering, The Atharva Educational Trust.

Placements: Our college has good placements in big brands, but it can get much better. It would be good if students are prepared well beforehand with mock tests, GD and personal interview, and the rule of o college is that students will get only one placement offer. During my tenure, many of the students got placed, but the number of students getting started decreasing after my tenure. If the college works on placements, then it will be the top place to do your engineering.

Atharva COE is a decent college with average placements but good college life.

Placements: Placements in this college are average, and a decent amount of students get placed. The best company was Accenture, offering a package of 3.50 LPA. Accenture, Infosys, Zycus, Tech Mahindra, etc. were some of the companies that visited the campus for placements. Mostly IT related roles were offered to students, and there were no internships provided in the on-campus drives.

This is an above average college with good placement record.

Placements: Mainly, IT-based companies visit the college for placements. For the 2017 batch, three companies named Accenture, Tech Mahindra, and Infosys had the highest share of placements. Accenture hired 146 students, Tech Mahindra hired 51 students, and Infosys hired 26 students. The average salary package that can be expected was around 3.25 lacs per annum. There is a placement cell in the college. They mainly co-ordinate with the HR staff of the companies. There isn't much interaction between the place...

Insights - Atharva College of Engineering, Mumbai.

Placements: The placements in our college are not that great. There are not many options, and the opportunities weren't with a great package. In spite of having first class, we had to go to other colleges for placements. The placements could have been much better if the management had been on TASK. All other batches faced the same situation.

The college which I always wanted.

Placements: Compared to the other affiliated colleges in Mumbai, Atharva offers the best placements. You get a good package of 4-5 lacs per annum if you are a student with high grades (pointer). Coming to the average pointers, they too get a package of around 2.5-3 lacs per annum. In the end, package matters and Atharva provides you with that. From the last two years big companies like L&T, etc. have stopped coming in for the campus interviews.
