Really good infrastructure

Placements: Placements for 2013 were not as good as placements for previous batches because that year, our TPO was changed and the new TPO wasn’t as efficient. Tech Mahindra was the only IT company that visited our campus and around 70 students were placed in it. Most other companies which came for placements were for marketing, sales and similar job roles. The average salary for engineering roles was 3 LPA.

Atharva College of Engineering review

Placements: Atharva College of Engineering has a good record in placements of students. Our college placement rate was around 70% in 2014. Companies like Tech Mahindra, Zycus, Infosys, I-Gate Patni, Accenture and much more visited ACE for placements. Packages provided by each company vary from 3 lacs to 6 lacs per annum. The training and placement team of ACE plays a very important role here.

Ranked 8th in Mumbai region and 16th in India amongst private colleges

Placements: The placement of Atharva College of Engineering is good. The percent of students placed last year was 40%. The highest salary offered was 8 lakhs per annum and the lowest salary was 2.5 lakhs per annum. There is no free internship from our college. This year about 40 to 60 students did paid internship from college.

Atharva, a college of satisfaction and advancement.

Placements: The placement of our senior batch (2015) was much better than the placement of the 2016 batch as the students placed in mass recruiters were less than in the previous batch. The salary offered was also average. Most of the roles were for a software developer trainee and few were for calls and electronics related profiles. I was placed in Infinite Computing System in 2016 through campus placement but till today (28th July 2017), they haven't provided a proper joining date and confirmation. First,...

Atharva College is a decent college for an average student.

Placements: The placements for my batch and my seniors were good. They placed 50% students in the top MNCs/IT companies. The highest salary was Rs. 3.5 lakh, the lowest was Rs. 2.5 lakh. The roles offered to the students were software development and software testing. Many students got placed in LNT, Infosys, IGate, TechMahindra, etc.

Good infrastructure with Wi-Fi facility, a good library, better placements for CS and IT.

Placements: Placement for electrical is not good so far because all visiting companies are IT-related. Very few companies are coming for the electrical engineering department. The following companies are there for placements in 2017. The highest salary is 3.6 lacs, the lowest salary is 2 lacs and the average salary is 2.4 lacs. The jobs offered are based on contract, trainee and JE. Very few students are applying for the internship as most of the students are trying for higher studies.

Atharva, the place to be if you don't have another option.

Placements: Placements are average. Mostly Infosys and Accenture recruit in mass numbers. Upcoming start-ups do visit the campus frequently. The training and placement department does take necessary steps to train students in soft skills and technical skills. The average package offered is 2.8 LPA. However, some selective companies offer up to 4.5 LPA. Besides major IT giants like Infosys, Accenture, TechM various upcoming Educational companies and BPOs also recruit from E&TC and other streams. 100% placeme...

One of the best colleges in Mumbai for engineering right now.

Placements: The training and placement office is very proactive and plays a huge role in assuring that each and every student receives the placement they deserve. Tech MRCs visit the campus and recruit worthy candidates. Even before the end of the year, 60-70% students have been placed in companies like Accenture, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, L&T, etc. Salaries fall in the average range of 3.5 lpa. Roles offered including junior technical trainee, entry level trainee programmer, etc. ...

Worth the money with good infra, good crowd, decent professors and decent placements.

Placements: Placements were good but I won't say 100%. If you try, you will get placed. The package depends on the company, but it was around 3-3.2 lakhs per annum. Students did not get summer internships from the college. Companies like Accenture, TCS, Infosys, Syntel and Tech Mahindra visited the campus.

Satisfied 50-50 with the college faculty, placement and infrastructure.

Placements: For our senior batch, the placement was good enough. Almost 70% and good MNCs had visited our college. But for the current year, only 5 companies have visited our college so far which are INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, L&T INFOTECH, TECH MAHINDRA (in pool campus). Again, it is noticeable that almost 65% students are placed. The highest salary offered was 3.5 LPA, the lowest was 1.8 LPA and the average was 3.3 LPA. The roles were offered to the students are a software engineer and a graduate engineer traine...

Placement ratio is increasing with dedicated TPO. Infrastructure and facilities are good.

Placements: Placements were average and the placement percentage is 50-60%. As years passed, the percentage is increasing. The salaries offered are: Minimum: 1 LPA; Maximum: 5-6 LPA; Average: 3-4 LPA. Companies like TCS, Infosys, L&T, Accenture and many more small and mid companies visited for placements. Most of the students got the role of "Assistant Software Engineer" as applicable to freshers.

Placements: The placement procedure was simple and nice. Many reputed companies like Accenture, Infosys, Igate and many others visited our campus and many like TCS, Tech Mahindra invited for pool campus recruitment programs. Companies like Zeus learning, Infinite computing system, Sutherland, etc invited us to their offices for recruitment. About 60% of the students from our last batches got placed in around 25 companies. The highest package offered was 454k by Viteous capital and lowest was 144k by ARK tec...

A little bit of heaven for one.

Placements: The placement record at Atharva CoE is pretty decent. Other than students perceiving further studies and those unwilling to work, 80% of the eligible students were placed in various companies. Other than the major mass recruiters namely Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra and Accenture. Companies like Luminous, NUCSOFT, Amazon.in, Bewakoof.com and much more graced the campus. The highest salary was 3.8 LPA. The average salary was 3.3 LPA The lowest salary was 3 LPA. The job profiles ranged from Junior E...

Satisfied because of really good infrastructure and facilities, friendly faculty etc.

Placements: Placements for our batch were OK. Five to six companies conducted their recruitment drives. Placements for senior batches were excellent. Few industry leading companies mass recruited at that time. The minimum salary- 2.75 LPA. The maximum that I know- 3.50 LPA. Average-3 LPA. Recruiters from Oracle, Zycus, Cactus visited the campus in 2013. Infosys and Capgemini (formerly I-gate) were usual mass recruiters in past years. There is no scope for internships. Only one girl from our batch managed to...

Would love to go to college again.

Placements: Placements were fairly good, at least for IT and computer science (no idea about the rest). Almost all the students who appeared for placements seriously and met eligibility criteria like GPA and KTs got selected in placements. If you appear for the placement exams, with a bit of preparation, you will get selected no doubt. The highest offer I heard of was 3.5 LPA.

Placements: Atharva had average placements. In fact, for the year 2014, the placements were below than average. For our senior batches, the placements were pretty good. In general, we had companies like Tech Mahindra, Infosys, IGATE and few others always on the list for placements.

Placements: The placement for my batch (2011) was good compared to the previous batches. Highest package offered was 4 L/annum. Companies like Infosys, Tech M, L&T, Hexaware etc. visited the campus. Mostly the roles offered to the students were in application development domain. Some of the roles were System Engineer, Associate Software Engineer, Test Engineer etc.

1.Best infrastructure to spend your college life. 2.More exposure to sports in our college.

Placements: The College is more concern about placements at every level of students. As far from my experience, placement in my batch are pretty good. There are many big companies like Accenture, Infosys and Tech Mahindra that come in the first month of October. After that, students who don't get placed in these companies are having many more companies to come such as IGATE and many info tech companies. The main problem in placements is that there are only companies that came for CS/IT, no companies came for...

The college is known for its high tech infrastructure and facilities. Facilities such as spa, swimming pool, gym are provided in the campus and that too free of cost. The fees is also very less as compared to the provisions. The college is totally sports oriented. Once, you are in any team, you get full support from the college. Coming to studies, there is robotics club, mac lab and satellite ground station. It is also rated A grade in 2016.

Atharva College is really the best college as far as I know. I like the campus, faculty & the facilities provided by the college. The faculty members are truly helpful & are friendly in nature. The college focuses on many extracurricular activities which sharpens the students for their bright future. The technical fests conducted in Atharva are really helpful in the development of any student. There is a lot of greenery around Atharva & that is the reason why I like my college very much.
