The infrastructure is pretty bad from outside but it has good interior and nice ground.
Placements: The college doesn't have any placements, and my seniors didn't get any placements either. The teachers are very nice and would let us know about any opportunities. The college does not falsely advertise about placements for a degree. There are no placements at AWH or the other two colleges that offer geology degrees. If there were any placements, they wouldn't pay enough.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are pretty decent. I especially like the lab facility provided by the college. The college lab is pretty good. There is wifi in the college, but it isn't accessible for students. I think they should improve those facilities too. The college doesn't provide hostels, so we had to arrange our own hostels and PGs.
Faculty: The teachers are so good and supportive, even after we graduate. They provide us with interview details, which is very kind. The principal is strict but supportive. The semesters are quite tough because the college follows Calicut University, which is a tough university. I am trying my best and haven't failed any classes. If we fail a class, we can rewrite the supply exam within a year, so it's not a big deal.
Other: I chose this course because it is a rare one and there are only a few colleges nearby that offer it. One of those colleges is a government college, and it is very difficult to get into because they require students to have scored above 95% in their plus 2 exams. For that reason, it is better to choose a self-aided college, because this college will provide a better education.
