Satisfactory in all sections except placement.

Placements: Two companies visited namely TCS and Wipro. Only two students got placed in my batch as others were not interested in the job rather they preferred higher studies. The average salary was INR 15,000/-. They were appointed for official works. Only 10% was placement.

It is a decent and good college.

Placements: Placements are not at all attractive in B.J.B Autonomous Colleg. Companies that visit mainly hire students for a call centre job and there is no career growth. The maximum salary offered for students Rs. 10,000 per month, don't go for placements at this college. The job role is calling clients.

The review of B.J.B Autonomous College.

Placements: BJB Autonomous College provides you with satisfactory placement opportunities. Job offers mostly come from BPO companies. Written tests and personal interviews are conducted. The salary package offered is low, but it seems good for undergraduates. Companies visit the campus for mass recruitment. The college does a fair job considering the strength of the students.

The college needs more growth and development.

Placements: I don't know all the information about placements. But placement opportunities in our college are very rare. This year, Tech Mahindra visited the campus to offer placements. About 30% of the students were selected in this process. The salary offered ranged between Rs. 20,000-30,000 per month.

The college needs more infrastructure for different labs and halls. Placements are good.

Placements: Our college provides good placement opportunities. Every academic year, our college organises a national seminar. Our college invites different members of the corporate sectors and creates a sustainable environment for both the students and the guests to share the views and provides a foresight of future scope for us. Few students of our seniors have been placed in different manufacturing sectors and which inspires us to work hard to get success. Overall, the scope is good.

Review of B.J.B Autonomous College.

Placements: We get good placement support from our college. This year, the placement season is going on. Last year, around 60% of the students got placed. Companies like Shoppers Stop, Vishal Mega Mart, Hidesign, Tech Mahindra, Kotak Mahindra Bank, ICICI Prudential, etc., visited our college for placements.

The college with good infrastructure and faculty members, but the placements are below average.

Placements: There is no placement bulletin, and there are no placement visits and study tours. This results in poor placement opportunities. During my tenure, only one company named TCS visited the campus and offered BPO profiles only. We can't rely on the campus placements at BJB College. I haven't done my post-graduation here. So I have no idea about the placements of post-graduation courses.

A college which provides every necessary facility and assures a good future for students.

Placements: Our batch and our senior batch received placements from good entities. The companies offered salary packages ranging from Rs. 20,000 per month to Rs. 30,000 per month. TCS, ICICI, Prudential Financial, and Muthoot Finance were some of the companies which visited the campus for placements. BPO related roles were offered to students. Almost 25% to 30% of the students got internships, and stipends offered ranged from Rs. 2,500 per month to Rs. 4,000 per month.

The best college in the temple city.

Placements: There were good placement opportunities as companies like Cognizant, TCS, Federal Bank, Wipro, etc., visited our campus for placements. The placement cell was really approachable and well managed. The college also provides opportunities to go for pool campus drives.

The best +3 institution in Bhubaneswar.

Placements: The best part about BJB College is the placements. It is not only known for being a good institution but also for providing good placements. Many MNCs like ICICI, TCS, and Wipro visit and hire graduates with good roles and packages. Students are trained before attending placement drives. It's the only +3 institution in Bhubaneswar, in which campus placements are provided.

Overall, this college is one of the best commerce colleges.

Placements: The placements in government colleges, especially for B.Com stream are not that great. Therefore, most of our seniors are doing some other postgraduate course. Some seniors did get jobs with an initial package of 2.4 lacs/annum. Nearly 15-16 seniors got placed, but others opted for postgraduate courses.

This is just a government college with some great history and pride.

Placements: I got two off-campus opportunities. I got selected in both the interviews. In our batch, six fellow mates out of 48 got placed in MNCs. The highest salary offered by Deloitte was around 3.4 LPA. For a B.Sc graduate student, it's the highest package in that batch.

The college has great teachers, decent placements, and good infrastructure.

Placements: Placements in the college are decent with a good number of BPO companies recruiting on-campus, and also many new startups visit the campus to recruit the students. During our placements, the salary packages varied from Rs. 10,000 per month to Rs. 15,000 per month. The internships during our course were carried out in and around Bhubaneswar.

Absolutely satisfied college. Good infrastructure and facilities etc.

Placements: After completion of B.Sc. you can apply for government. Jobs. But in this college you will not GET any placement. Though it's the best college of Bhubaneswar. But you will not GET any placement here because the college not provide any placement faculty members. May be there are placements for master degree programme. But there are not any placements for Bachelor's degree programme.

Our college is absolutely outstanding only for the studies. Not about yhe other activities.

Placements: No placements in our college, it is one of the drawback of our college and they need to consider about this, yearly most of the students goes under unemployed for the lack of placements. The managements provides a strict and good rules to regulation to every student in the college.

Overall, it's the best college. I love my college and friends. It has the best environment.

Placements: In this college, lots of companies come for the interview. Five students of our batch and 7 students from the last batch were selected for a job. TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, etc., come on a regular basis. Jobs offered are basic and based on general computer knowledge and English skill. One demerit is, we have to go to another college to attend the interview.

Its knownas the no. 1 college of Odisha but the real fact is that its one of the worst college.

Placements: Placements are really helpful sometimes. Some students got good placement, and some are still searching for them. It is a reputed college, and in fact, it is regarded as the number one college of Odisha, so there is a good scope for students to get placements. Some top companies come every year to BJB, but very few students get the opportunity.

A college where you can actually grow.

Placements: Generally, students from BJB college opt for administrative lines. Most of them are in government. Jobs. Utkal University is a favourite among students passed out from BJB college. BJB Alumni can be found in IAS IPS, IRS, IFS etc. Many of the students become teachers in future also.

Best college to study. Good for sports, and NCC as well.

Placements: I belong to the history department, and the department is really good. The professors are really very helpful, but our college doesn't provide placements. It gives us very brilliant education for admission in other universities or for getting into other courses which can give us a good job.

BJB college : a short review.

Placements: It was good for the MBA students and all other students also. Most students had job after completion of degree. There are IMBA and IMCA course which provide good opportunities. In terms of campus placement it will be rated as six out of ten. And there is no much scope for Science and arts student in terms of placement.
