BNMIT offers a 2 years M.E./M.Tech programme to the students. It is offered to the students in 3 different specialisations. Some of these specialisations include Computer Science Engineering, VLSI Design, and Embedded Systems & VLSI, etc. BNMIT M.E./M.Tech admission 2025 is based on scores obtained by candidates in the GATE, KCET, and Karnataka PGCET.
