Is B.E./B.Tech at Babu Banarsi Das Institute of Technology (BBDIT) a good choice?

Based on the reviews and feedback from students and alumni, here's what we've gathered:

    Infrastructure and Facilities:
    * The college has good infrastructure, including well-equipped labs, classrooms, and offices.
    * The library is large and well-stocked, providing access to books and resources.
    * Wi-Fi connectivity is available throughout the campus.
    * Sports facilities, such as playgrounds and courts, are available for students.

    Faculty and Teaching Quality:
    * Faculty members are generally well-qualified and experienced.
    * Some teachers are exceptional, while others may be average.
    * Teaching methods vary, and some students feel that they're not adequately prepared for industry demands.

    Placement Opportunities:
    * Placement rates range from around 40% to 80%, depending on the branch and industry trends.
    * Top recruiters include TCS, NTT Data, Hitachi, and others, offering packages ranging from INR3 LPA to INR6 LPA.
    * However, some students report difficulty finding placements, especially in certain branches like Civil Engineering.

    Curriculum and Industry Readiness:
    * The curriculum is relevant and helps prepare students for industries, although some students feel that it's not entirely "industry-ready."
    * Practical sessions and project work are included, but some students would like more hands-on learning.

    Overall Experience:
    * Students appreciate the supportive atmosphere and helpful faculty members.
    * Some students enjoy extracurricular activities, sports, and cultural events organized by the college.
    * Others express concerns about the college's reputation, poor management, and outdated infrastructure.

In conclusion, while BBDIT has its strengths and weaknesses, it seems that the college offers a decent educational experience, particularly in terms of infrastructure and faculty. However, placement opportunities and industry readiness may require further improvement. Aspiring engineers considering BBDIT should weigh these factors carefully before making a decision.

The college was good a few years ago.
Placements: Around 60% of students are placed. Around 3.6 LPA is the highest package of our college. Only 3 local companies are coming for placement. No one got the internship. B.Pharma is a good course in our college. Nowadays this college provides a very poor quality for students and no one is happy in this college.
Infrastructure: Labs and classrooms are not so good not so bad. Hostel facilities are not so good, food quality is not so good not so bad but sometimes there are some sports do. Hot water is not provided in winters. Only they provide Wi-Fi for students and that's all about a bit.
Faculty: In our college faculty is not so good because in last 3 years the same faculty teaches us all the subjects. Semester exam is not too much hard and my percentage is 33% pass college. Our percentage is very good but of self study our classes is not continue properly.
Other: B.Tech is a good opportunity for all mathematics students because this is a bright future option. Especially for computer science nowadays.

Best College in Ghaziabad for B.Tech.
Placements: Around 98% of the students were placed from my batch. I am also placed. 10LPA is the highest package and 3LPA is the lowest. The companies that were hiring were Amazon, TCS, Infosys, Conforge, Capgemini, Wipro, HCL, etc. Software Engineer is a top role offered by different companies during placements. 99% of the students got internships under Nasscom.
Infrastructure: About the infrastructure, there are 4 floors in the hostel building. There was high-speed internet Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and also a library. They have the best food and canteen. Also, there is a good sports ground. Good electricity facilities are available in hostel, classrooms and sports area. Also, there will be a badminton court to play in.
Faculty: There are Ph.D. teachers appointed and are highly qualified in their respective areas. All the doubts are cleared very well by the teachers. The teachers help increase expertise in the latest technology. A good number of workshops are provided to build your projects and work on the projects with help of the faculty members.
Other: I chose CS. The DAA subjects and teachers help get the highest percentage.

Good placements in 2019 along with good facilities provided.
Placements: Limited career services are available in this college. No on-campus recruitments are held due to lack of industry connection and limited alumni network. While not having placements programme doesn't necessarily mean the students won't find job opportunities after graduation, it is not good for the students.
Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure buildings which are cool. There is a big ground and a football ground along with so many indoor games courts. Then hostel is good having 2 to 3 beds in a room and they are Non AC rooms. Food is good and the cafeteria is good too. The seats in the hostel are only 200 based on first come first serve basis. The hostel warden is helpful.
Faculty: It depends on the AKTU curriculum. The teachers are helpful, well qualified and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching is good. The course curriculum does not make the students industry ready. The semester exams are very simple. The passing percentage of the students is only 30 percent in the external exams.

I will never recommend this college as it only wants money. Your future will be in difficult here.
Placements: In our branch, there were a total of 3 students, including me. Out of which, only I got a placement, and even I got it when I tried different things rather than my core branch. There were no on-campus placements. I got placement by applying for off-campus jobs. Overall, this college just wants our fee.
Infrastructure: There is everything, but the infrastructure doesn't work all the time. Most of the time, you will find it damaged. In the library, you cannot take your notebook to write down notes.
Faculty: Exams are conducted by our university, and we all study on our own to qualify for exams. It is AKTU University. For exams, we have to study according to the university syllabus. However, it is not much tough if you read properly. Overall, our university is good, but it definitely ruins our university's reputation also. The quality of knowledge of teachers is very poor. Teachers are knowledgeable, and they are forced to leave the college. There will be no practical technical session. They just prepare us how to excel in exams. Even students should study on their own only.
Other: I wanted to learn deeply about electronics, but there were no specific teachers. I was good at programming, but when I tried to learn something more than my syllabus, the teachers themselves never knew how to do it. There are no co-curricular activities for students. Even there will be no college fests in which students could perform their skills. Our college will never organises a fest.

It has a good infrastructure, and teachers are good, but the management is the worst.
Placements: Almost 40% of the students got placed in the previous year. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA and it isn't good I guess. They don't have a good reputation in placements. Regarding internships, it's all students' role to do. Companies like Tata, Infosys, and Japan Lighting are the top recruiters.
Infrastructure: No Wi-Fi is available, and even the labs are in poor condition. The library is also not good. Neither we are given medical and sports facilities. The canteen has the least items students need. This college needs improvement in all these things. They don't care for students, they just want to have money. I was a hostel student and the food quality was terrific.
Faculty: Teachers are good but the teaching quality isn't adequate. Semesters are tough so you can't pass easily. Though the curriculum is good for competitive exams like GATE and is designed by IIT Delhi, but the quality of education you get here is good enough to make you pass the exams.
Other: I chose EEE because I focused on my future goals. I am a student of the last batch. There won't be EEE from the next year onwards.

College looks good from outside, but from inside there is nothing.
Placements: 70% placement is there in college between 4L-6L, and the highest package is 13.6L. Companies are Byju's, TCS, and HCL. Sports are not there in college; the ground is covered with grass. The college library is good, but the books are old. Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable; they help students and teach only quality content.
