Please don't join City College, taking advice from others, you will suffer afterwards!
Placements: Students with average percentages mostly joined City College, and I am currently studying in the 1st semester, so I don't know much about the packages. I heard from seniors that the lowest package is 10,000, and many students won't get a higher package than 40,000 at the start. It seems they mentioned many top branded companies like Amazon, Wipro, and a few others, but it seems those are all fake to attract students to join the college. Around 40% of students get average package jobs out of 100%, and 2% of students, known as "teacher's pet," get higher packages.
Infrastructure: In City College, Jayanagar 7th block, the infrastructure is very poor. It's not only a degree college but also mixed with a school and PU college in one building. For PU, one floor; for school, one floor; and for degree students, one floor, very congested.
Faculty: The teachers in this college don't teach you the full semester. They skip many classes and even lessons, and they don't provide any important study materials during exams. Many students had to face backlogs without proper notes, and the exams are very tough.
Other: I chose BCA because I was interested in coding and learning more about programming. I didn't experience any best things in this course; it's very tough. We want a separate building for only degree students because it feels very uncomfortable and congested with PU and the school mixed in one building. They have conducted more events and fests compared to the number of classes they took.

The college is a total wastage of money.
Placements: BCA, B.Com and B.Sc students do not get placed during the campus placements because there is no campus placement. Hardly 20% students pass the semester exams in my institute. All the others drop out of the course at some point due to bad teaching quality and torture of the college in the name of fees. They just spoil our lives.
Infrastructure: Classrooms and labs are good. Rest is all waste in this college. There is no canteen, no medical facility, no sports and games, etc. The infra is good but do not fall for it. It is just a makeup for the college. Nothing is good in this college.
Faculty: Teachers are not qualified. You can understand their teachings. There is no fixed teacher, they just keep on changing the teachers every month. Most of the teachers are freshers (without any experience) and they are not qualified enough to teach us.
Other: No events are done here.

Good, but not good as well.
Placements: Nothing was conducted in our college. They all said people are coming from very big companies for hiring the students for their office, but till last, no one turned up. Only one member came, that too he was from BPO section after studying BCA. No one is interested in BPO, so we all refused to attend the campus interview.
Infrastructure: The classroom was good. The library is good. There are no medical facilities, no sports, no games, Wi-Fi works very slow. I don't know much about the hostel, but my friend used to stay in the hostel. She used to tell that hostel food is not good. The same food will be provided for three times also.
Faculty: The faculty are very good. They treat us like their children, but only lady faculty members are there. They help in subject doubt at any time and many times. In short, all the faculty members were very friendly with us. And, their teaching was very good, understandable and useful.
Other: The fests were conducted very rarely, that too we have to force them for the fest. They say that they provide the scholarship, but they give us some website and tell that get this form filled.
