Infrastructure is average, faculty is good.

Placements: It's an MBBS platform, all students get placed. If you want to know about success rate of PG exams, I can say its high, but may not be as high as the top colleges of the state. I am still a student, I have got several state rank holders as my peers, and I hope everyone in my batch will do well.

Absolutely a good experience studying here the faculty is excellently capable.

Placements: After passing out, each person who wants to can get placed in a hospital as a doctor. The role one is offered is of rmp (registered medical practitioner). It completely depends on what you want to do. There are many graduates who join hospitals as junior residents as most of them are not confident enough to start a clinic of their own. And many go for post graduation and the ones who are unlucky, start preparing for the next exam. With the MBBS degree, one can earn about 80K INR per month in any...

It is one of the best government medical colleges in West Bengal.

Placements: As our college is an MBBS college, there is no such term as placements. After passing out and completing one year of complementary internships everyone can get a job in the hospital itself or any health care center. Otherwise, they can seat for a post-graduate entrance examination. Therefore, the concept of placements are not there.

Stasfied well by the course but the hostel facility and infrastructure is of average standard.

Placements: It's UG MBBS course. So after completing the whole course including internship anyone can join any hospital as Housestaff, General Physician or Medical Officer. After doing MBBS one can earn maximum of 70000 monthly, minimum 30000 monthly and on an average it's 50000 monthly. One can apply for any private or government hospital or can have own private practice. Internship is provided by the college itself. Top role is Tutor or demonstrator of a medical college or Medical Officer.

Nice college as it is a peripheral college you will not get distracted.

Placements: Everyone is placed. The highest you can get is 15lakh annually and the lowest is 7lakh annually depending upon your choice of subject and your choice of branch. You will be given opportunities by different hospitals. All are interns here that is mandatory. Everyone needs to complete a 4-year course and a year internship mandatory. Then you can go anywhere and can take PG exams for your higher studies.

Our college is like a second home.

Placements: Almost 100% of the students got internships, and they surely get jobs after completing their post-graduation, including me. After completing PG, everyone can find a job suitable for them.

It has great teachers and helpful professors. It is a government medical college, so the fee is low.

Placements: It is a government medical college. So, every student of every batch got an internship from our college for 1 year. After that, every student can get a job in a government hospital or can prepare for higher studies like MD, MS, etc. During the internship, the stipend is provided by the government, and it is nearly Rs. 30,000 per month.

An excellent college with good infrastructure and faculty members.

Placements: As we are medical students, we do not have any companies coming to the campus. But the job opportunities are tremendous. After completing the 4th year final exams, everyone gets a mandatory internship for 1 year with a monthly stipend of about Rs. 35,000. After MBBS, there are many opportunities available. One could pursue post-graduation studies or join a private or government hospital or open his own clinic to serve the people.

Satisfied with the college and faculty, well maintained hostels, good infrastructure.

Placements: There are no such placement issues here. In MBBS we can say that 100% of the students were placed. The salary depends on the field they are working in. Many students after completion of the course serve here as house staff. They are earning about 40000 INR per month. Some prepare for post-graduate examination while serving as house staff. Many apply for a job in government hospitals with a good salary while some prefer to work in nursing homes and open their private clinics as well. There is a m...

Satisfied as a Medico student.

Placements: Every batch gets internship from college's own affiliated hospital. Internship has a very wide scope here. Patients come from nearby districts to get treated. Hospital is famous for its large infrastructure. Gynaecology ward has the largest building and has a record of highest deliveries.

This is the best college according to me in West Bengal. The glamour of Kolkata is not here, but the environment is superb. The relation between students among seniors and juniors is too good, and also between teachers and students. Patients are also good. Those who love sports will surely love this college as cricket and football are played every day.

Our college is quite prestigious and famous.

Placements: As it is an MBBS, placement is always 100%. The package depends on the student's skills and exposure. After passing the course, based on the number of professional exam scores, the college recruits them as house staff. Otherwise, one can take the PG exam.

Bankura Sammilani Medical College and Hospital: an excellent college for MBBS .

Placements: MBBS, as a dual degree, brings a great opportunity to serve the nation as a doctor. Our college, as a government medical college, is one of the best colleges for MBBS degrees. The space and well-decorated everything are so nice. For MBBS , after 4.5 years of studying, a compulsory internship is required for everyone in the same hospital.

Bankura Sammilani Medical College is where kids become doctors.

Placements: The batch which passed this year was the finest batch of BSMCH. Approximately, 80% of seniors got their internships and those who didn't get them are pursuing them at other colleges. Apart from that, one of our students topped in the surgery department which was a proud moment for all of us. Our dermatology department is one of the finest in West Bengal.

Placements: Around 20-25 per cent of students pass the NEET PG on their first try. The students, after passing out MBBS, either do their post-graduation or house staff in different departments. They also joined educational facilities. They can either do government jobs in government hospitals or be attached to private hospitals.

It is a nursing college for West Bengal circle.

Placements: There are good chances for getting placements in west West Bengal's hospitals. So it is too easy to get placements after completing this course. You can work in college and hospital. After 1 year, you have to work at Bankura Hospital. Overall this is a good college.
